Excellent location with good service

There are: washing machine, gas stove, room is not new, but everything is clean and the staff are very good.

When I return to Shenzhen, I am always happy to stay here. The landlord is nice. The checkin is always fast and easy via WeChat. My cats were allowed to live in there with me and felt very comfortable.The housemaid even cleaned the cat litter box when I went on a business trip. The metro stop with two big lines are right around the corner, the Covid test station is in front of the house every day. It’s very convenient. Really great value!

Great service, I was able to leave my suitcases after check out, the location is next to the Science Museum metro and allows you to travel quickly to any point in the city, the apartment needs updating but it has a good quality/price ratio. Nearby park where you can play sports or walk.

The location of the hotel is okay. It's relatively close to the subway station. It takes about five minutes to walk there. However, there is no TV in the room, and there is no advance explanation in the app. After arriving, the hotel customer service replied that there were no other rooms, or they could not cancel the stay, and Not many people watch TV these days, which feels a bit irresponsible.

Located in the city center, next to the subway, convenient transportation, and complete surrounding living facilities. The room has a small kitchen and bathroom, complete basic facilities. The sanitation is good.

I don't know about other apartments in the same apartment, but the room I stayed in had mold. I couldn't turn on the air conditioner during my 4-day stay. There was a smell...

The room does not match the introduction picture. The area is too different. There are two 1.5-meter beds in the introduction. Only one is the other one is a 1.2-meter simple canopy bed. It is rickety. It is an uncomfortable hotel stay (see the picture below for the bed).

I have stayed at Shenzhen Yinjia Self-Service Apartment Hotel many times. The hotel check-in and check-out procedures are simple and fast. The surrounding transportation is convenient. There is a subway entrance downstairs and there are many snack bars for breakfast. In short, it is very cost-effective.

It was my first time to stay in this hotel. The price was not expensive. I thought it was an ordinary hotel. I didn’t have high hopes. I just hoped that the room would be tidy and that the baby with dust rhinitis would have a better stay. Afterwards, the overall feeling was very good. I hope to stay there next time. There is still a chance.
