Good location. Comfortable space. Easy checking in. Have stayed here previously. Bed is ok.

I had an excellent experience with my booking through Trip.com! The location was perfect—right near Huaqiangbei Metro Station and directly opposite SEG Electronics Market. It made everything 100% easily accessible, especially the city center. The convenience and affordability of the stay exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend for anyone visiting the area!

It is good, but some more cleaning, need breakfast free, and the price is ok.

I’m very sad about the room hygiene. It’s very bad because waste basked surrounding so much irritating also dust have near my bed.also they didn’t changed bedsheets every new day of my booking.

The reception was not knowledgeable on some countries that are not required visa to enter china & kept the guests waiting in soaking wet. The room had crockcoach crawling on the bed. Should take note on the cleanliness. Location is great though,near to the metro & huaqiangbei.

Just across the road from Saige computer markets, good location. There are public hair in the kitchen sink, no bathroom slippers I had to buy my own. Room is too small , toilet and bathroom small, can get better deals if stay a bit further away.

Even though the location of the hotel is very good but the rooms should be cleaned properly. There was women hair everywhere in my room.

Whole night didn't sleep because water leakage on bed , complained to staff but still problem didn't solved

The room and staff are very good, althought the building is a bit old and generally the futian area is not the best in Shenzhen.

The pictures are misleading. My friend and I had to move to a different hotel because we got insect bites, and there was a cockroach on the curtain.

The room was spacious with all necessary amenities, including washing machines and microwave.

The hotel is near Hua Qian Bei, but it is not so clear on Baidu map. It is situated at the building just besides the main road. The road that we stay is 8706 and come with washing machine, microwave, but no window. It also come with a small table and two chairs. The TV is not working as we can not watch local CCTV series of TV station. The button on controller just can not be activated. The front desk is very helpful trying his best to resolve the issue but in vain. There is a dryer and modern steam ironing, which is rare. The other shor coming is the is no place to hang the clothes while bathing.
