Bailai Qingju (Shenzhen Convention and Exhibition Center)

Visiting first time for china was very amazing this hotel was same as shown in photo the rooms & cleanliness. Location i would rate it 10/10 because it is almost 100mtr only from gangxia subway station. Hotel service and housekeeping was very amazing the reception guys are very helpful plus we had all amenities like cooking stove , centralised AC & 24hrs hot water facilities. Would definitely visit this hotel again on my shenzen trip because it is only one metro station away from the worlds biggest electronics market Thank you for hosting😀

You will need advanced instructions on checking in as there are no labels on the building (a brand new condo!) Enter via (Block B) entrance no.1 - B1. Level 10 Unit 19 - #10-19 Its very clean, very new. Other than new construction around the area. There’s no comparison for its proximity to the convention centre. Front desk was very friendly and helpful. Mode of communication is predominantly in mandarin and via wechat. For non mandarin speaking customers, it may pose a little challenge in navigating your way.

Super love this service suite. Located right in the city center but not nearby to LaoJie walking street. surrounded with lots of shopping mall, and easily to get local food right to the next street. This is a brand new service suite come with washing machine, so convenient for traveler who bring less clothes. Just the main entrance is bit hard to find, but is okay to ask the security around. The reception counter located at lvl 10, Block B, so make sure you go to the right entrance and get up to lvl 10 for check in.

A newly constructed hotel they are divided into 3 phases. I guess the property is still under DLP so the entrances can hardly be discovered which is not the lobby pic as shown in the album. The Shenzhen Railway Gangxia exit C is closed due to major construction issue. 1st you needa spot for the right security booth on the G/F which is no signage for instruction. The check in is on the 1019 but the lifts are quite slow and unresponsive. The control panel is different than usual. The room insulation is fair especially the main door. Toilet flushing is poor. I booked this hotel is due to their provided info such as opened in 2024, location and the official photos.

Amazing clean and tidy 2 bedrooms apartment, with nice balcony! Best location, just across the big mall, will definitely come back again 🤗🤗🤗

This is actually an airbnb rental apartment among a few others operating in the semi completed residential tower. If you are ok with it, it is one of the best value accommodations in town in term of location, room amenities (washing machine with balcony to dry clothes) and daily cleaning service. It still operates like a hotel with a reception on 1019 (10th floor, unit number 1019) and inclusive daily room cleaning service unlike regular airbnbs which do not provide that. To get there, take the metro to Gangxia station and look for exit B or D. Exit C which is closer is closed for maintenance. Next to exit B is the link mall which is more convenient as you only need to walk past a row of eateries and a macdonland, then take exit Door 8 on your left. Once above ground, the massive apartment on your left is block A, you just need to walk straight and turn right around the corner to reach Block B or Block 2 in Chinese. Take the lift to level 10 to the reception. Inside the apartment, it is complete with fridge, washing machine, LCD projection screen and a very comfortable, 5 star hotel bed.

Good apartment in great location, just the construction working next to it is annoying

New good furniture, can watch movie, love it. No need to say too much.
