The front counter was friendly and helpful. The room at 23/F had a great view. The room was locked and closed. However, some stranger unlocked the room with access card and opened the door without my consent at 2300 hours. The stay was a frighten experience !!!

今次是第二次入住，原因是地點非常方便，地鐵10號線崗廈站A出口直行2分鐘內到達。 上次房間的衛生、設施都無問題。 今次有點失望，房間在24樓，基本上都沒有問題，問題在電視上，經常無訊號，有2次睇睇下會自動關了。幸好致電到客服，很快就有人上來幫忙查看，說應該是機頂盒鬆了或網絡問題。因試過4次這些情況而找員工上來，就同職員講要求換房，他們很快回覆可換房，只是在23樓，我們就換房了。 晚上11點多就搬去23樓，電視、衛生都無問題，但冷氣就真的不夠，要坐在床尾位置才感到有冷氣，可能這房間之前是30度，我們調到16度，希望快點冷，可惜到早上7點多房內溫度才27度，晚上睡得很差。第二晚就決定早點回酒店開冷氣，到半夜12點多是26度，早上8點多就是23度。 另外這房間沒衣櫃衣架，只是有個矮架掛衣服，不方便。
