1，設施顯示有洗衣機，到店後洗衣機已壞，電梯已壞，樓梯難走，帶行李來的很勸退，最終勉強入住。
2，廁所門是壞的，關不緊，也不能全打開，廁所與主卧是沒有地毯的，住之前看着可以，入住後用一次洗臉啥的就一片狼藉。房門關上後有豎著的門縫是透光的，正對着床，外面能不能看得見房間裏面不好説。
3，入住後手部突發皮疹，有衣服蓋住的地方沒事，衣服蓋不住的地方長滿疹子。後續:到了武漢找醫院，是接觸性過敏性皮疹。以上情況沒誇大自己看圖
4，打電話給前台，詢問情況，要求解決或給意見，唯一答覆是，附近有葯店，未指明葯店位置。但情況
緊急衹能當時衹能外賣買抗過敏葯片。最後發現酒店馬路對面拐彎一點點就是葯店，氣憤

一樓有洗衣機 機器人送餐，衞生挺好的。環境設備都不錯。離萬象城和過關口很近，附近有商場。出入方便。服務人員小李很熱情，值得推薦
