The accommodation is so rubbish. The rooms that other people live in are ** and expensive. It’s such a scam. I mind if you choose a regular hotel. There is nothing. There are other people’s cooking tools in it. In summary, it is rubbish.

Black-hearted boss, evil-hearted boss, so deceptive. I opened the hotel at around 2:00 pm on December 12, 2023. Finally, my schedule changed and I couldn’t get through to the hotel. I called the hotel five or six times. I couldn’t get through on the phone either, so I canceled my reservation in the end. The hotel was forced not to cancel. In the end, I didn’t have anyone to go to and they asked me to check in. The owner of the hotel called me and had a very bad attitude, saying that there was nothing he could do after I made the reservation. Cancellation, no one is staying, and 194 yuan has been deducted from me. Do you think it’s troublesome?

The black whirlwind failed. We found many little ones with hairy legs. The sanitary environment was worrying. We were not satisfied on the first day of our stay. The platform refused to refund the room charges for the following 2 days.

This is the first time I brought my parents here to play. The environment is very good and suitable for a family to play. The environment is also good and the surrounding facilities are complete. The experience is very good. I will come here again if I have the opportunity.

Not satisfied. After booking, the store will not answer the phone. Very irritating.

The best part of the hotel is the location and the building manager who is very kind and helpful! Close to malls, shops and tourist attractions. For the cost, it is actually bigger than expected and spacious inside! Nice view of the mountain. Comes equipped with cooking utensils. Ayi does not clean every day unless you ask for it but simple enough to message on WeChat or do it yourself. The worst part about the apartment are the cockroaches which come out, especially at night, regardless how much one cleans or places bait traps. To be fair, not sure if it’s just a general problem in that area. Other drawback was the bathroom because there is no shower curtain or block to stop water spreading, again it seems to be a Shenzhen thing, most bathrooms seem to be like that. It’s inconvenient because everything gets wet and you will spend every shower, mopping (thankfully, a mop was left in the bathroom). Another problem was the leaking bathroom sink and toilet, so always water on the floor. Bad smell in the bathroom because of it or dirty pipes. Might be worth repairing. Also, although advertised with outside swimming pool, it is not free so expect to pay to use but not bad at 20 kuai. Overall a decent enough stay. I was very grateful to Mr Tang who helped me a lot during my time there.

The location is good. The owner comes quickly. But unfortunately, there are a lot of cockroaches in the room, which appear only at night;(

It's so disgusting. I often travel to book a hotel. This is the first time I met this kind of business. It's hard to find the place. I can't get through the phone. If you don't like it, you won't get a refund. Such a service attitude makes me not want to stay here even if I pay for it.

Very bad experience . The guy was too annoying he kept saying you will never get such a good and nice place at this price.
