The service is very good, the stuff was very kind and upgraded our room. The room is very clean and big. I think if the hotel can fix the water pressure will be perfect.

The Room’s hygiene is very bad. The worse out of my travel experience, both in the room and lobby. You can see the crumbs and dusts at the side of the wall and under the TV shelves in which for sure that they never did vacuums the room. While I checkin the whole floor is soaking wet in the room because the staff claims the housekeeper just mop the floor. Moreover, all the carpets in the lobby got stains and dirts and some of the rooms had a very strong smell of smoking while the room claims to be a non smoking room. The hair dryer was somehow broken because it got turned off every 2 minutes and I will have to wait for 15 minutes to cool down. i called the customer service and ask them to bring me another spare one but the housekeeper just come in and tell me that they need to be connected to another sockets. I used an hour to dry my hair and my daughter hair.

Second time to stay here. Rooms were spacious and clean. Modern design and convenient location.

Staff service is good and ncie. But the facilities can do better, just like still have rubbish in the room and the TV in the room cannot watch.

We upgraded to a deluxe king-size bed room with a view for free. The view is open and you can overlook Shenzhen China South City. The room is clean and hygienic. The bathroom has dry and wet separation. There are British plugs in the room, no need to switch, which is convenient for charging mobile phones. There is also a large cabinet for convenience. Put the backpack on. In addition, the breakfast CP value is high and the staff's attitude is excellent. Kudos! The hotel is not far from Shanglilang Subway Station, about a 10-minute walk. There are direct buses to Gankeng Ancient Town, China South City, and Wanda Plaza. The weather was unstable on the night of check-in. I will stay here again if I have the chance.

The overall feeling is very good! The room was large and clean, and the front desk staff and cleaning staff were all very polite. The hotel has laundry and drying services. There are many choices for breakfast, both Chinese and Western, and our family had a great time.
