Awesome place

Located near Sky train station about 15 minutes walk off the main road.

Lovely comfortable hotel. Check in and check out easy. Staff very friendly. Hourly tuk-tuk to On Nut station free of charge. Would stay again. Cats very friendly.

Although the hotel itself does not have regular amenities such as a pool and gym, it is nestled in between to exquisite and reasonably priced facilities in Muscle Factory gym and Swish 56 Basketball gymnasium. My son found it to be incredibly well situated for what he needed to do. The beds are not that comfortable, but the place is spotless and located centrally in Phra Khanong Bangkok where any and everything you order can get to you quickly from GRAB and other services. I loved the stay and the staff, but would have to advise for more suitable beds.

Doors slam loud at all hours of the day. The worst part is the cleaning crew. They are very loud and disrespectful. They start cleaning really early and have full on loud conversations that wakes you up. Very hard to get some sleep here.

Nice hotel with close proximity to on nut bta station. Rooms were super clean. No reason to give them less than 5 stars

Chateau de Sukhumvit is a great hotel, offering spacious, clean rooms and a smooth check-in process. The staff is friendly and helpful, making the stay comfortable. A convenient shuttle service to the nearby BTS station adds to its appeal, making it easy to explore Bangkok. Highly recommended for travelers!

I arrived late in the evening and was handed my room key at check in. The key was attached to a big metal plank which had the room number on it. I detached it as it wouldn’t fit in my pocket. Coming back to the hotel I forgot my room number. I went to reception to ask them to double check and handed my id to her. Two old woman at reception got very angry and was rude. Telling me I shouldn’t do that and I’m not allowed. They were reluctant to tell me the room number even when I showed them my id and made me feel like I was doing something bad. Rude staff and definitely wouldn’t recommend anyone staying here. I’ve attached a photo of the huge key the expect you to carry and it wouldn’t fit in my pocket and I had no bag. I even tried to explain and show them that my pocket was way too small. Don’t see why it’s an issue to leave that huge silly thing in the room

No way you can the shower temperature right unfortunately. Update: Tuk tuk goes hourly from morning to 9pm

Spacious room with comfortable beds. Had lots of storage with a large wardrobe. Sofa was comfortable and the dedicated study area was very convenient. Equipped with a television and a mini fridge and other amenities including an electronic safe and water kettle. Had a small dining table with 2 chairs. Bathroom was modern, very clean and spacious and had all the amenities. Housekeeping was good and drinking water, coffee was provided daily. Access to the balcony allowed us to enjoy the fresh air without exiting the room. Definitely will suggest this place for a stay in Bangkok.
