一家老小度假，一直以來都住酒店這次看這家網評很好於是定了最貴的精緻景觀大床房外加一間榻榻米大床房，本來很期待，實際落差很大，總結如下：1、交通：東山珍珠酒店後門右側一家農家小院，交通還算可以；2、房間：落差最大，最失望的，給我們一家老小安排五樓頂層閣樓的兩間，樓梯是木質的很窄很陡，兒子幾乎是爬上去的，對於我們提這個40斤大箱子又是長者又是小孩的，樓頂的兩間房非常不友好，層高很低，我老公幾乎趴着頭活動，風景幾乎沒有，光線一般般，精緻景觀大床房居然固定燒水的地方都沒有，害得拿到鞋架旁邊插座燒，也沒有茶葉；五樓的榻榻米大床房就巴掌大，根本不算榻榻米吧，就是地鋪而已；4、早餐：很簡單，白粥、雞蛋、包點、榨菜；我自己炒了份青菜😓；5、公共廚房：可能用的人多，衞生一般，強迫症患者在那擦洗調料蓋；實事求是點評，民宿要做的更好，早餐和硬件還要再豐富優化，頂樓的所謂精緻景觀大床房名不符實，建議店家明確房間格局，主推情侶或者年輕人，不建議讓老小家庭住，上下樓梯安全隱患大。

很乾凈很舒服，老闆的服務也很好，這家民宿比較安靜，不像海邊那些那麼吵鬧。唯一不好的就是冷氣不冷啊，跟老闆借了風扇。

民宿在東山珍珠酒店旁邊，離楊梅坑和桔釣沙不遠。住的雙床房可以看到山景。想去出海釣魚和自駕的可以考慮住在這裏。周邊還比較安靜。

距離桔釣沙三公里左右，酒店附近就有海鮮飯店，可以租電動車去桔釣沙，房間衞生不乾淨，前面用過的沐浴露還遺漏在衞生間

房間乾淨整潔，兩大一小入住還是小了一點😂其他沒毛病。民宿一二樓都有公共區域，一樓還有廚房和小院子，院子比較安靜舒適～步行幾分鐘到東山珍珠島酒店，可以去酒店的游泳池玩水～

當天很晚才到民宿， 但老闆都等待着我們。 房間都準備好乾乾淨淨的，而且開好空調。 房間與照片沒有相差太多。 不過浴室水力不太夠。 但整體都好滿意
