Extremely satisfied! As Marriott members, we got a room upgrade. The breakfast was superb, I especially loved the seafood congee and beef offal noodles – very authentic. When we were leaving, we needed a wrench, and it was brought to us very quickly; the front desk staff were all incredibly helpful. Stayed for three nights. Since the rooms I booked were slightly different, the front desk attendant arranged for a continuous stay so I didn't have to switch rooms, making the check-in process very smooth. The breakfast was surprisingly good, and the service was excellent. However, the lack of turn-down service in the room doesn't quite match the price point.
