1.. location is a distance away from subway station but is ok.
2. Service : I rate 1/5 because I smell 2nd hand smoke in my room which I don't like. My other china hotel for this trip did not hv 2nd hand smoke smell. Thus, I will not recommend this hotel to my friends for their health's sake!
3. Cleanliness: overall ok but the sink is always wet becoz of the design and there isn't any soap holder, thus my soap is always submerged in water around the sink!

A great find in Shenzhen! Lively location with many shops and eateries around, short walk to metro, the multi-level room was as shown on the pictures, clean and spacious, staff are super friendly and very helpful even if you don’t speak any Chinese :-) Very good value for money!
