Shenzhen Bao'an District 3-star Hotels

Apartment-style hotel, small suite, everything, suitable for family travel, with washing machine and laundry detergent, you can wash clothes, which is very good, there is a supermarket downstairs, shopping and dining are very convenient. Transportation is also good, the nearest subway entrance is within walking distance, there is a garage below, the maximum parking fee is 25 per day.

Nice location with nearby train station and night market. Room all clean and come with AI service, for sure will book the same hotel for my next ShenZhen visit 🙂👍🏻

The ambiance was so comfortable. I loved being able to watch movies projected onto the screen while soaking in the tub. The voice-activated smart assistant (XiaoDu) for calls was a nice touch, and the large bed was incredibly comfortable – I didn't want to leave even after waking up! The amenities were very thorough. The room with the bathtub came with disposable bath liners and bath bombs. For extra hygiene, the front desk also provided self-service items like disposable toilet seat covers. The self-service washing machine conveniently located next to my room was also spotless. And for added convenience, food deliveries were handled by robots directly to the room.

The room was fine but smelt like smoke even though I requested non-smoking. The worst part though was the service. I had messaged the day before to enquire about the airport shuttle because my flight got in late and was told just ro message when I arrived. I did and despite seeing my message was read received no response. I then called and tried to explain myself in Chinese as the person at the desk could not speak English and was hung up on. They responded back only after I had arrived at the hotel saying they were sending the driver and there was never even an appology for the room issue or driver issue. The one plus was that there was a phone charger in the room which was such a blessing because I had forgotten mine but I would definitely not recommend especially if you are foreign.

The cleanliness was average, the side bed by the window had multiple stains and hair. There was also used tissue on the kitchen counter and a dirty disposable towel on the kitchen sink and no tv. A few mosquitoes because of the balcony for being open before I checked in but I used the bug repellent in the room and I was fine after two bites😂 The beds were clean and comfortable. The room was nice, everything else was great and the staff is friendly too.

The airport drop-off service was very efficient. Without traffic jams, it took me about 10 minutes to arrive at the airport, leaving me plenty of time to check in and go through security, without having to worry about time constraints. In addition, the hotel's location is also very advantageous, with complete surrounding facilities. There is a shopping mall within a ten-minute walk, with a wide range of dining and entertainment options, which is very convenient whether you are on a business trip or a vacation.

The room was generally comfortable and clean. The small refrigerator was a nice touch, allowing us to store our pastries without worrying about them spoiling in the heat. The front desk lady was friendly and attentive, handling our inquiries promptly and patiently. The airport shuttle service was particularly convenient, the vehicle was comfortable, and the driver was very attentive. Amenities: A small suggestion would be to have a place in the room to hang clothes, and a few drying racks would have been helpful.

Having a hot drink (just light tea) during check in and easy access to a pot of fruits/tiny snacks, a coffee/tea dispenser were v nice touches. Missed the free (we think) breakfast - forgot n don’t think staff said anything as well. Slept well but we notice theres a window that’s kept open for ventilation, and the hotel is right next to a petrol station and open canal (no smells noted). Best part is the free shuttle bus to n fro airport - earliest was 520am (which we needed) & they even gave us a wake up call. First shuttle was packed on this trip - pls register the day before, we were glad we did.

We went to Shenzhen fair , the hotel near from the fair 10 minutes walk , the people very helpful , they helped me to get the room before 12:00 🕛 , very good and clean hotel ❤️

Came here after arriving in Shenzhen from the airport in the evening. They offer a pick-up service, so it was a no-brainer if you want to go to a nice place and rest after getting off a late-night flight. The staff was super friendly, and the room is clean and cozy. Line 1 Hourui from the metro was super close, and there are a lot of stores and restaurants nearby. I recommend this place if you have any flights
