Shenzhen Guangming District 3-star Hotels

Since it was built in 2024, the rooms and lobby are very simple and bright. Although the location is a bit remote, there are a lot of bicycles and electric vehicles for rent at the door. It is convenient to walk to the nearest large shopping mall in about 15 minutes. The hotel facilities are very simple, the rooms are spacious and the stay is very comfortable. The TV can watch Hong Kong Jade Channel. The front desk clerk was friendly and helpful. I am very confident about the experience of Jiquan Hotel.

The transportation is convenient, and there are many restaurants around. There is a Phoenix Restaurant in Guangming Square next to it. There are many choices for tea, squab, and stir-fry. There are various restaurants in the food street opposite Guangming Square.

The room was spacious and well-lit, and the service was absolutely top-notch. I'd definitely stay here again on my next visit. Plus, there are plenty of great food options nearby. Highly recommended!

I traveled to Hong Kong with my mom, and frankly, I was quite disappointed with the accommodation there. So, we simply decided to stay in Shenzhen for the night instead, and that's how we stumbled upon this absolute gem of a hotel! Newly opened in 2025, it's a proper hotel, not a guesthouse! The rooms are immaculate – bright, clean, and hygienic. They are about 30 square meters, featuring a two-meter king-size bed. My mom and I shared it, and there was even enough space for a third person! 😉 Each room also has a mini-fridge/minibar, a lightweight and stylish hairdryer, and a smart toilet. The smart toilet automatically opens its lid when you enter the bathroom and closes it when you leave, which at the very least ensures there are no unpleasant odors. What's most commendable is that the towels are stored not on an open shelf, but in a sterilizing cabinet with UV and ozone disinfection, giving us complete peace of mind when using them. Since we're not used to sharing one duvet, and we arrived quite late, almost midnight, the staff immediately brought an extra duvet. Also, as we have sensitive stomachs and prefer not to drink iced mineral water from the minibar, the staff thoughtfully delivered two bottles of room-temperature water. This level of consideration was truly touching. In short, both the facilities (hardware) and the service (software) were flawless. The breakfast, while not luxurious, was simple but incredibly practical and wholesome – congee, sweet potatoes, steamed buns, eggs, and vegetables – just like what we typically eat. I've already recommended it to several friends, as the value for money is outstanding!

The hotel's hygiene is good and it is definitely an industry benchmark! When you enter the room, you can see that the floor is as clean as new, the sheets and quilts are clean and tidy, and there is no smell even in the bathroom. This kind of attention to detail makes people feel at ease when they stay.

The newly opened hotel, as the last stop in Shenzhen, is a perfect experience. ***len is professional and enthusiastic, giving a lot of help, the room is spacious and clean, the balcony view is great, the microwave refrigerator is fully equipped, there is one room and two rooms, cost-effective, suitable for friends to travel, bedding may need to be run-in again, Have the opportunity to come and stay!

Extremely clean. Friendly staff. Starbucks coffee machine on 1st floor. Coffee there is better than at breakfast 😁 Checkout after 14:00.

Service was excellent and always quick and responsive. Location is perfect, train station right at doorstep, mall's and restaurants all around. The only disappointment was the lack of amenities, for example, there is a nice kitchen, a kettlen but there are absolutely no cups, utensils or cookware. Guests have to buy your own. It should be clearly stated in booking form, as for places with kitchen, they always provided the kitchen wares. The swimming pool wasn't ready till Aug/Sep.

The hotel is strategically located very close to the exit of Nanguang Expressway, Guangmingcheng High-speed Railway, Shenzhen North High-speed Railway Station and Shenzhen Airport. There are also Metro Line 6 and Line 13 under construction nearby. The rooms are spacious and bright, and the wall paintings in each room are hand-painted, which is very special and attentive. The mattress is moderately hard and soft, the bedding is soft and skin-friendly, the front desk service is very friendly, and the hygiene is clean and tidy. Highly recommended! Very good! ! !

Excellent stay, kind front desk staff. Felt good, quiet and very clean rooms and bath. Property should mention located at exit A on line 6 stop. That station is huge. Thank you for sending the forgotten headset back. I will stay again if I get a chance. Breakfast is small but tasty.
