1早上沒退房，服務員就能刷卡進來，理由是以為我們跟隔壁房間一起住的，我心想，你不會去前台查嗎？什麼權利讓你直接開房門？
2我十點退房，您的自己犯懶，就把需要更換的毛巾等等東西全部放在門口走廊裏？哪怕放個東西裹一下也不至於吧？有這麼不講衞生嗎？現在是疫情期間，出了事情誰負責？

房間設施很新，居住環境安靜，停車方便，工作人員服務熱情周到。賓館院裏的兩株植物是什麼？有人知道嗎？被精心編成花瓶的樣子，居然仍然有枝有葉，肯定還會有花，可惜我們沒緣分看到。
