入住期間房間明明是免打擾，服務員就是在孩子睡覺期間敲門説什麼送果盤你送果盤就可以打擾人睡覺嗎，並且我們入住了好幾天既然酒店知道我們入住了好幾天那一定我們帶孩子的情況也知道，退房流程裏面我忘記拿卸粧膏了，我從出了房間開始我的東西都放在了後備箱沒有動過，下午檢查發現沒有，詢問酒店酒店就是説沒有，就是問我你再找找，你是怕扣錢嗎，連句實話都不能給到我，
