差評差評差評！房間很熱，熱的人發暈，酒店還解決不了，最後需要顧客自己承擔換房費用，而且換完房間以後，也沒有解決，本來就是酒店的問題，推卸到顧客身上，讓顧客補差價，最後熱的問題還沒有解決掉，花錢受罪，最後退按金直接扣掉。
