房間乾淨整潔，影視房用的是投影儀，視聽資源還可，早餐值得推薦，種類挺多，最想表揚一下帥哥，遺憾的是不知道他的名字，及時解決了我的訴求，並主動給我調換了房間，熱情大方，謝謝！

因為臨時出行，選擇了這家店，也是第一次居住。總體來説還是很滿意的，前台服務也很好，辦理入住積極熱情，而且房間裏面很乾凈，設施也很豐富，冰箱，空氣凈化器，應有盡有，對出差人羣很友好，極大方便了我這樣的出差人羣。尤其地理位置也很好，位處市中心商圈，緊鄰河北省博物館和地鐵1號線，樓下就有很多飯店，吃飯出行都極其方便，推薦來住。

1213房間床對面對的電視看不了，茶藝機感覺沒打掃過，灰塵銹跡較重，純凈水桶不知道放了多久的。燈的開關有亂的，開燈窗簾也自動開。
前台業務也不熟練，和同事一起出差，訂的雙床給安排的大床，訂的大床給安排的雙床，衹能自己換一下。訂單有早飯説沒有，查詢了才説有早飯，倒是多給送了一份。
停車説是給截圖報銷停車費，加了微信發過去就沒下文了，昨天問説上報了讓等等，今天乾脆不理人。

首先訂這家酒店10幾次了，先前服務還可以，後來越來越差，我攜程鑽石會員，免費升級房型從攜程上我已經下了升級房型你不問前台不投訴前台是不會給你升級的，再來房間頭髮廁所頭髮一大堆，床頭那個機器你説方便吧語音不靈敏，最可怕的是半夜自己突然響説話，再説外賣，你不讓上來送房間沒關係，你讓服務員送也可以，但是你不要求他是不會給你送的就告訴你服務員少讓自己下來拿，現在不是疫情期間了哪有酒店不讓外賣給送的折騰客人的，床單被套經常有窟窿眼，真的是沒辦法形容了，還是勸大家以後可以訂周邊的幾個酒店服務確實比這個酒店好很多，10幾次的入住體驗，決定下次出差不會選擇這家了

早餐豐盛 周邊繁華 地鐵公交都很方便。走路到省博物院北門很近，但個人建議掃個小車，騎車到南門進入參觀。酒店入住率較高，逢週末住宿人多，難免有不太自覺的在屋裡喧嘩，建議搞個提示的牌子。
