首先我是個消費者，不止一次出現這樣的失誤了，重要的是出現失誤不給解決，後續聯繫他們理都不理，浴巾上還有標簽，和我説證明這是洗過的，那不是搞笑嗎？誰住房間要看你標簽啊，展示給消費者的最起碼不應該是沒有污漬嗎，真的是不可理喻，這樣的衞生環境簡直令我堪憂，而且提出問題了還不處理，大家看到了慎重考慮這家酒店吧#衞生堪憂

非常之不滿意的入住體驗，已經不是第一次出現這種情況了，第一次浴巾上有不明毛髮，第二次在洗漱包出現不明毛髮，真的很膈應人啊，上次酒店明確説明不會以後出現這種問題，每天會檢查多次，時隔兩週，第二次入住還是同樣的問題，請問誰檢查的？且酒店方冷處理，直接不回覆消息，真的讓人失望的態度

我看好評多才來的，結果是我今年住過最差的酒店，一開始前台就找不到我的訂單，好容易找到了説我訂的是個暗房，需要註冊會員掃碼下載APP才能給升房，我拒絕了，暗房我以為就是沒窗户，我覺得還好，沒想到“特意”精心給我選了個靠近活動室乒乓球枱的房間，你們是有多恨我啊…第二天我看旁邊有很多房間根本沒住滿，合著就留着這房間給我呢？就故意噁心我一個人唄。再説房間，我不知道是都這樣還是因為這房間是特別留給我的，反味很嚴重，我一直開着小窗户也不管用，一次性用具裏面也沒有浴帽，桌子和床之間放個椅子都費勁，別人説漢庭是平替，我看啥也不是。

整體很不錯，房間比較大，也很新，非常乾淨，停車免費，下次還會繼續來住，酒店就挨着一個居民小區，晚上休息也十分安靜，要是多一些智能化，就更加完美了。

性價很高，浙江自駕內蒙古來回經過石家莊，逛了小商品夜市，酒店定在這邊，主要是新裝修，感覺會乾淨許多，房間寬敞明亮，設施齊全又新，半夜到酒店看似經理的人還在忙工作，熱情招呼，早上吃飯也是，服務體驗感非常好
