來的時候，這個酒店就破破的，可能已經很多年了，然後給我安排了一間最吵的房間，空調外機聲音像飛機發動機轟鳴聲，後來經過攜程協商，才給我換了一間稍微安靜點的，但環境衞生一般

設施：賓館雖然也裝修了很多次，但是房間設施看着還是有點陳舊
衞生：衞生能達到標準
環境：後面不知道什麼時候多了個菜市場，很早就會上人，睡眠輕的可能會被吵醒，不過住這個可能都是出差的牛馬，很早也就起了

前台親切專業，房間整個裝修比較新，枕頭搜了一下竟然是泰國乳膠枕，很舒服忘了問一下有沒有官方售賣渠道，網上看起來都是代購，衞生間淋浴間空間也很寬敞，還是住得很舒服的呀。

設施：陳舊，房間沒有智能控制，電視不是多媒體電視，空調不靈敏，還是暖氣片。重點，衹有全新高級大床房才會提供抽紙，其他房間全部衹能用廁所捲紙❗️記得自己帶紙巾，燈衹有零散的幾個燈泡，如果開中間一個會刺眼，不開又太黑，沐浴液衹有一點點，不提供洗手液也不提供馬桶套，沒有任何消毒提醒。衹提供了兩瓶冰露和一次性紙杯。
衞生：馬桶不乾淨，且不具備基礎衞生條件。
環境：隔音差！外面機器人的聲音，隔壁的咳嗽聲一清二楚
服務：呵呵，第一次找前台問抽紙 告訴我全新商務衹能提供廁所捲紙，因為剛洗完臉需要擦臉又提出要求，但是被再次重申提醒不提供並且電話被掛，心情差到極點後前台多次回撥私人手機，但是還是提醒沒有抽紙，並未有任何解決措施。💢憤怒遂投訴，但是投訴第一次無果原因併為在總部查到該門店，遂第二次投訴，投訴成功。工作人員敲門致歉，但於睡覺時間，更加憤怒，已經不屑爭吵，後經理再次打電話，態度和善，後又送禮物（放置書桌上未收）就不都評一顆星了，至於解釋掛斷電話問題，希望可以當時就解答而不是一天後解釋是因門店座機問題自動掛斷😊
