The hoyel was very quiet and the staff couldnt do enough for us. We used the private onsen which was lovely. A great Japanese restaurant next door. The breakfast was nice too. Mostly Japanese options but also croissants and fruit too.

We loved absolutely everything in this hotel and we've even decided to stay longer. Service: quality of service was what surprised us the most. The staff is very polite and helpful, they care about each customer and do their job very well. Outstanding! Dinner and breakfast: As a vegan, I had plenty options to eat and during the dinner they have prepared hot pot meal without animal-derived products for me. Room: spacious, bath could be cleaned better, but acceptable. Since it was winter, it took some time to warm up the room of this size for 1 air conditioner. Hot spring: in addition to public bath, they have absolutely amazing 2 open-air private hot baths that you can use freely, very easy to reserve, just take a time plate in the lobby. This was the highlight of our trip. Amenities: high-quality, product ops did a great job choosing amenities. They have very delicious and wide selection of teas and we loved female amenities: hair trea**ent, cream and lotion. There are a lot of stuff to rent for free, starting from extra pillows and blankets, ending with playing cards. Extra services: we've got a free 1 hour in karaoke, in the lobby there is free drink bar and even free hot oden soup during the daytime, which was a surprise and nice to have after we've spent a cold day outdoors in winter. Location: just 3-4 minutes walk from station, and 2 min. to the convenience store and *****tore. We will be visiting this hotel again and again in the future.

Hotel that, although not luxurious, performs well. Clean, comfortable and, above all, welcoming. Family a**osphere and many services available (public Onsen, private Onsen for half an hour, karaoke, manga library - in Japanese, of course -, free coffee, tea and water drinks, and free snack until 5:30 p.m. - hard-boiled egg, and some typical Japanese vegetables that I don't know what they are called). The employees are very pleasant, and although they do not have good English (much less Spanish) as is general in Japan, they make themselves understood and try to make your life easier.

Although the facilities feel old, the room we stayed in has been renovated into a Western-style room and has quite a large space, so three people can comfortably use it. Most of the employees are foreigners, so it can be difficult to interact with them. Meals are served as a buffet in the morning and evening, which is great value for money, but it's a shame that you can't enjoy your meal in peace.

The exterior looks old, but many parts have been renovated and it feels clean. Most of the staff were foreigners, but they were kind and helpful, so there was no inconvenience, which was nice. Unfortunately, the rule was that you could only use the private bath once (for 30 minutes) per room per stay. It can't be helped when there are many guests, but if it was empty, I wanted to take both the cypress and rock baths. It was nice to have a good quality shampoo trea**ent. The service was good, including a variety of things to rent, drink service, and free massage chairs. The all-you-can-drink options included good drinks such as Shinshu wine from Nagano and Japanese sake. The beer glass was cold, and although it was a self-serve automatic server, the foam was creamy and delicious. For this price and this content, I would stay again.

Recommended for families with children. All large public baths and private baths always had baby cots and baby baths. Baby soap is also available for rent. In the dining area, there are chairs with desks (with belts), as well as chairs for slightly older children.

The staff was very friendly and the free service was great. There is also a private bath available, but the bathing time is only 30 minutes, so I thought it would be better if it was a little longer to relieve fatigue. The number of food items was not that large, but it was well thought out and good. Drinks and alcohol were unlimited. This is an inn I would like to use again.
