The location of the hotel is very good. It is very close to the seaside and several attractions and can be reached on foot. The room was very spacious and comfortable. There are free hot springs, and a family can also reserve a family hot spring to enjoy a private bath. The service is very attentive and the hotel staff are very welcoming.

The worst Japanese hot spring hotel I have ever stayed in, extremely shabby. The hot spring has a tiled pool for soaking; the bathroom in the room is like a farmhouse; the breakfast doesn't even include natto, the miso soup is so bland that I can't bear to put miso in it; the rice bucket contains overnight rice. The location is average, neither good nor bad. Apart from the big room, there is no redeeming feature. I spent money on Cantonese food and had a home-cooked meal.
