Can't pick even one point not satisfied, everything is perfect. Nice service, food communication with staff, extreme clean and awesome window view.

我們在4月3號在這裏住了兩天三個房間這裏的環境很漂亮，你唔相信世上有那麼漂亮的地方酒店對住一個湖．房間只有四42間每一間都是面向這個湖我們選擇的房間有溫泉，遠處就是雪山和湖景，他的溫泉是放流全日本只有這一間他的溫泉水是金黃色的房間很大，只是睡床有一點細，這裏是白老最出名的產品是白老牛，來這裏一定要試一試因為四月因這裏的溫泉要裝修修理所以男性只可以早上享受一段時間下晝女士至晚上她們但可以使用，另外一個溫泉地方沒有風景可言但這裏的溫泉水很漂亮，很滑溜員工很負責任很有禮貌，晚餐也不錯，只是份量少一點！隔離就是博物館，北海道原著居民伊魯族人有時間可以去看一下。

酒店雖然説它離白老站衹有400m，其實步行距離應該1km多，酒店是沒有接駁車的。到的時候是在白老站叫了出租車到酒店。走的時候，覺得400m，自己走一下吧，然後就沒有然後了！😢😢😢
酒店的環境很好，房間也大，無論是房間配的温泉池還是酒店公共温泉池都非常舒服。
酒店給的早晚餐中規中矩，沒有驚艷。
酒店面對的是應該一個大湖，冬天結冰了，到傍晚的時分有上千衹烏鴉飛過來，非常壯觀！

孩子快12歲了，三個人出行一定要睡三張床了，房間設施很好，酒店很新，泡湯的温泉非常舒服，泡完還有冰茶和棒冰吃，孩子特別開心，酒店的食物中規中矩，一泊二食的懷石料理，日本酒店的服務人員都特別可愛而且貼心，把這個酒店當做去登別之前的中轉站也非常合適，旁邊的阿依努民俗文化村值得一去，對了，酒店在白老，白老牛很出色，距離酒店附近有幾家特色的烤肉店，推薦

作為百年老店的星野真的從來不讓人失望 這家Kai作為Kai系列在北海道的第一家酒店選址真的很特別 猶如室外桃園 清凈於世 moor泉的onsen建築靈感來源於北海道的土著 另外白老還有一個特別的地方 這邊的牧場勝產日本頂級牛肉 推薦來北海道的小夥伴一定要來打卡 提前作好預訂和規劃～
唯一遺憾的是因為晚餐加晚了 晚餐衹訂到了一人份 也很感謝攜程盡心盡力和酒店聯繫最後給爸爸媽媽加上了早餐 生意實在太好了

洒店設施，食物質素及員工服務都一流，唯一要改進是△溫泉，因人流不多，我入去兩次，晚上10点及早上10点沒有員工在standby, 如果有意外真不知道有誰可以幫助。

避雷！星野界波羅託做了宣傳 雜誌上看到過 拍出來美的 住下來拉胯 設施應該給負分 窗簾大透光 早上4點就亮醒了 小桌子裏的燈關不了衹能用東西擋住 床墊又窄又沒有支撐力 床上用品棉質做工很差 屬於還帶着很濃的裝修味就過時了 細節粗製濫造 也不知從哪選到的難用低檔產品 品質上尤其窗簾廈門七尚可以完全碾壓波羅託 我都驚了 三年沒進步還退步了 備品相當摳門 一瓶散打水 茶水吧的質量連三星快捷酒店都不如 地板有灰 拖鞋又大又難穿 温泉很小 星野界的在地樂項目相當敷衍 摺紙裝乾花 星野界不會再訂了 早餐低於平均水平 晚餐也是個將就 比疫情前我住過的四個界都差 後面還有兩家界也取消不掉成大冤種 界變得低檔太多了 鶴雅的碧之座絕對業界良心唯一服務人員熱情主動 最後給外行設計師一個大差評
