Shoal Bay Villas

My wife and I just came home from a 10 day trip here. This was our first time here and not the last. This resort is was great from check into check out. The employees are so friendly and helpful. We were in a one bedroom second floor ocean front ocean view room. The room had everything we needed and house keeping did a nice job. Best part is that they assign you an umbrella and chairs on the beach for everyday you are there. It’s so nice not to get up early and go out with your towel to get chairs. They give you beach towels every day and there is a closet full of floats and noodles. My advice is rent a car every day so you can be spontaneous and see all the island. Grocery stores are close and they had everything we needed. You can buy beer, wine and water from the office. They definitely have the best beach on the island and it is never busy. If you get hungry there are 8 restaurants all within walking distance from the resort and they have really good food. We highly recommend coming here and we have already booked for next year.

Shoal Bay Villas was so perfect !!! I know they say nothing is perfect but I can say this for this villa. The location was amazing, the views was unreal, the beach was beautiful, the staff was so so helpful and the overall experience was unmatched. For a family of 5 or for a single guest this Villa is the place to be. Also free parking and if you need anything from rentals to excursions the staff will be there for your assistance. We had a blast and I already told my wife I usually don't go on a vacation to the same place twice but I will be back to stay in Anguilla at Shoal Bay Villas. thank me later.

My wife and I spent 4 weeks at Shoal Bay Villas from February 22 to March 21. What a special place! The unit was great a one bedroom with a full kitchen stocked with everything you need for preparing meals. The staff is outstanding we had no issues with anything. Having the small restaurants right on the beach is fantastic. Shoal Bay East Beach is unbelievable!! We have already booked for 2025 can’t wait to return. Thanks Shoal Bay Villas!

What a wonderful place for total rest and relaxation. There is no better place to pursue this than Shoal Bay Villas which sit directly on Shoal Bay East. We have a one bedroom one bath villa that has two pull out twin size sofas in the living room (actually very comfortable) and a full kitchen. Our room overlooks the swimming pool and we can see the ocean peeking through the buildings. We are in unit 12A. Everyone here is so friendly and one of the best things is they have a massage business right in the complex. Staying here on a sisters trip with my two sisters and yesterday we all had massages by Mala. I have to say she was the best masseuse I ever had and my sisters were very pleased as well. She came right up to our room and worked pretty much nonstop from 11 until 430 even though we wanted her to sit down and take a break. She was a very interesting person to speak with, and very knowledgeable at her art. At Shoal Bay Villas each person is assigned their own lounge chairs, and umbrella directly on the beach. Only negative is yesterday someone showed up that is right next to ours and smokes cigarettes. My sister has breathing issues so it was a problem. Fortunately, the swimming pool is lovely so we did that instead. The nice thing about the location is it is a walking distance to multiple restaurants. All in all, it’s a lovely place to stay in paradise

Wow. Our experience at Shoal Bay Villas was exceptional. We loved the beautiful beachfront location, spacious rooms, quality of furnishings, large well equipped kitchen, helpful staff, well maintained grounds / pool/ beach, reasonable rates and walking access to nearby restaurants. Was wonderful having our own dedicated beach palapa, and access to a free onsite laundry room. The supportive and caring management quickly handled our issues, reservations and questions. We also appreciated that they were able to help provide us a rental car at a reasonable rate. We look forward to returning and making this our home away from home in Anguilla!

My husband and I had a lovely little getaway from St. Martin to enjoy time with friends, the stunning Shoal Bay & Bankie’s 70th birthday! SB Villas provided the perfect place to chill and rest our heads. Very reasonably priced for AXA and they’ve truly thought of everything down to a cooler in your room! I also had a great 90 min massage on-site, don’t hesitate! From one hotelier to the other, job well done, thank you so much!

Beautiful location with walkable beach bars and restaurants, spacious one bedroom unit, well kept

Best place on earth. Cathy and her team are all wonderful. My daughter broke her arm there on day one and they couldn’t have been kinder and more helpful. I’d go back every holiday if I could. We had a deluxe villa on the beach and you are literally 4.5 seconds from the sea. The beach is beautiful and you have your own allocated beds for your villa. Lots of places to eat and drink and a lovely pool to cool off in. Staff all lovely. Brilliant kitchen with everything you need. So clean and functional. Thanks guys for having us.

Amazing. This was our first time to Anguilla. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at SBV Everyone was welcoming and helpful. The villa was quiet and relaxing. The view from our oceanfront villa was gorgeous. There were several restaurants in walking distance, yet we were on a quiet end of the beach. If you are looking for peace and serenity with easy access to restaurants, and a friendly accommodating staff, this is the place. Looking forward to returning in the future.
