Date of stay: 19 July 2025 Serious hygiene violations, unprofessional conduct, and a complete lack of accountability. After identifying multiple issues during the stay, I conducted a professional audit and submitted it directly to the hotel. Rather than addressing the problem, they replied by closing the matter and threatening legal action in response to my complaint. I have initiated a legal claim via the European Small Claims Procedure, and submitted the full report to Romanian authorities including the ANPC (consumer protection), DSP (public health), and MEAT (tourism ministry). The full redacted report contains photos, technical analysis, and a breakdown of the damages and is publicy available. Proceed with caution. You may not get what you pay for.
