"The hotel is located a little outside the city center. We always took a taxi to get there (12-15 Lei). The staff is very friendly. The rooms are large with beds a little small, but comfortable. Unfortunately, the bathrooms leave something to be desired. The breakfast is very decent. There is no restaurant or bar nearby, however, there is a grocery store across the street that is open 24/7."

"Went to Sibiu to celebrate my birthday and chose this place. I couldn’t have made a better choice. From the moment I arrived I knew it es S going to be good. I was greeted by a very professional, friendly and welcoming young man named Claudiu. The room assigned to me was a Jr. Suite. Spacious, nicely decorated and impeccably clean. Breakfast had a good variety of items and everything was tastefully prepared. Claudiu had very good recommendations of places I needed to see (some of which I knew nothing about) this made my stay in Sibiu even better. Note to management *Great customer service. I highly recommended this hotel for your visit to this amazing region of Romania. 🇷🇴. Thanks for making my bday a memorable one."

"The connecting room has two toilets. The room is large and very clean. The only drawbacks are that the desk doesn't have a lamp, and there's no kettle in the room, but you can ask the front desk for one. Parking requires reservation."

"This place is very close to one of the main squares. It is not a hotel as if you arrive late, you are given a code to access a box with your key. No staff there, just a ‘phone number for emergencies. Unfortunately we had one of the smallest rooms we have ever experienced on our travels. It really should have been a single, not a double. No room to put our bags so they were either on the bed or on the floor, constantly being moved to get to the bathroom or the door. The bed was pushed against the wall and on the wall was what I thought was a decorative tile. It was a red hot radiator. Very easy to get burnt sitting up in bed. Breakfast was a choice of four omelettes and elderflower juice, no OJ. There seemed to be a staff of one who seemed to be doing everything, hence the delay for breakfast bearing in mind there were only six people eating. We only stayed one night. If it had been more we would have moved out. This place is very much ‘design over substance’. Looks good but doesn’t work in practice."
