The location was decent, being close to the old town - less than 10 mins. There was a little mall across the road and a supermarket just down the road. The bed was firm and did not have a solid base so the bed was not the most comfortable. I will give them props for two towels to use after a shower. The air conditioning worked well for a hot day but a lift was out of action and a fire alarm went off for a mintue or so, but lead to nothing - that latter thing was not really anything to complain (apart from the sirens were LOUD).

not the room i expected, needs a lot of updates, lack of maintenance, the room was smelly and dirty, corners in. the bathroom moldy, i. will. not go back there, there was never a person at the front desk, the AC didnt work properly let alone was extremely loud.

Very friendly and professional staff. Had a beautiful room on the 7th floor with a great view. Very clean and comfortable. I enjoyed the breakfast buffet with plenty to choose from. Ordered food one evening which was delicious and a very good price. I highly recommend!

The former Ibis, comfortable bed, good hygiene, but not enough elevators, had to wait several times to go downstairs during the morning rush hour, good breakfast options.

It was clean, and the bed was comfortable. However, the Wi-Fi was sometimes weak, and the elevator was crowded and I had to wait for about 10 minutes before I could get on. However, it was a comfortable hotel and I was able to get around to the city of Sibiu on foot, so I would like to use it again if I have the opportunity.
