We are regular customer of the Ortisei resort and wanted to try the new Sicilian one and have not been disappointed. Quality of service is top notch with a nice Sicilian warmth in terms of care and attention to details. One of our boys has severe food allergy and I can’t stress enough how much everyone cared and knew already as soon as we sat down at the restaurant. A special mention to Debora for her kindness and service. Food superlative. Rooms elegant and very spacious Beach is connected via golf cart, but to be honest the pools are so beautiful that you hardly move from there. Recommend to visit Valle dei Templi in Agrigento which is 30min away. A great experience, as usual at Adler.

It’s newest hotel of the small and luxury chain ADLER. Wonderful location at the top of an hill in Sicily, near Agrigento. Structure is eco friendly: almost all buildings are made by wood. Landscape is beautiful, room too: are large with a small “garden”. SPA is fantastic, you have big swimming pool, hidromassage in front the sea, many different saunas and relax rooms. Seaside is quite distance but there is an efficient service to reach it by minicar. You’ve breakfast and supper included: food is high quality. Hotel organize trip to visit the beautiful Sicily. Very expensive but …

I recently had the most enchanting stay at this magical seaside hotel. The views were absolutely breathtaking, and having access to a stunning private beach made it a true paradise. The hotel staff were incredibly hospitable and made our stay memorable. The rooms were not only very comfortable but also exuded a modern charm. The sunsets were spectacular! The pool and spa areas are magnificent and very relaxing. It was a magical experience that I'll cherish forever! I will definitely be returning.

We did not know Adler's resorts/hotels; generally speaking we were used to join other luxury brands. This having been said, this is a relaxing and luxury resort nestled in a nature protected reserve. A SUSTAINABLE Resort from an environmental, social and governance point of view. An health focused Resort. Rooms: very comfortable and clean, with fantastic view. Food: excellent. High quality of ingredients, wide selection of dishes and healthy choices during the breakfast and the dinner . Pools: 3 options, all very pleasant. Sunbathing is possible in the surrounding area. Gym: TecnoGym equipment (top of line), fantastic view, many Pilates and postural and Yoga classes. Individual training sessions are possible at fair prices. Beach: comfortable access by caddy, wonderful sea, canoes and kayaks available for free, absolutely recommended walking on the shore up to TorreSalsa beach. Water available for free. Saunas: wonderful structure with sea and sunset view! I would prefer that for safety reasons it was mandatory to respect a maximum number of accesses and the use of the towels. SPA: many treatment options at reasonably prices. Relaxing areas are present. Outdoor activities: - Ebikes for free, - ECar for rental . Don't need to rent a car at the airport for travelling around the Resort. Please consider that this location is not connected to other location via high-speed roads, so it's not advisable as a starting-point for exploring Sicily, - Guided tours: very high level of the guides, lucky to listen Salvatore (tour guide certified by the Sicilia Region) who is also an archeologist Staff: friendly, welcoming, and local: Adler hired 140 local people (also working in other part of the world for other tourist chains), providing them with training if necessary. This value return to the place where the Resort is located must be considered as a tremendous value. Just a little advice on something that is already perfection. Pools and beach: it would be useful to divide areas adults-only for relaxation and calm from areas for families/children to ensure that everyone can satisfy their wishes.

So many goods but the staff need much more training just to be nice to guests. Don’t get me wrong it’s been open about 8 months and it could be very good But…. We’ve had waitresses looking down their noses at us because we are English. And there is a feeling that we have been put in the worse rooms and worse restaurant tables. The best go to Italians and Germans. Fact. So if you are English and can be treated like third class citizens go for it. On a brighter note…. Isabella in the gym is outstanding and knows her stuff. There are about two people on reception the know their stuff - one guy Luca (stay away from the curly haired girl she’s offensive.). Food is good most nights. Biggest problem is it is very isolated. Unless you have a car you are very stuck. Ask for rooms with sea views. We are in 301 and the view is rubbish - we mentioned this and got a shoulder shrug. Been to Tuscany and it is so much better!

Adler provided a very nice, easy, relaxing and welcoming inclusive stay with a comfortable room, pools, well equipped gym, classes, access to beach, Ebikes, spa/saunas/steam, half board and an on-site hybrid or ECar rental if opting to travel without a car. The staff is stellar, friendly, welcoming, and were a pleasure to meet. As someone who does not plan a trip around a stay-put spa vacation, this was exactly what I was looking for as a health focused reboot. Given the location, Adler is not conducive as a base for exploring the island by car. The resort is impeccably clean, with an interesting eco design throughout that uses stone, wood, glass, natural light, water and is built into and on top of a hillside. Part of the resort is aligned to sunrise, daylight and the other section to sunset. Spa treatment options were varied, reasonably priced and for the most part, excellent. It helps to talk with the spa manager about what you are looking for. The spa seating areas are lovely. At first disappointed in the room options/locations, expecting sea or unencumbered views, I came to appreciate the room location. I liked that resort lighting at night was subtle, as the region is still dark enough to allow a vivid sky. There are a few quirks to be worked out and the menu could use a review. The almost daily upkeep of grounds/lawns, some interior equipment (pool room floor cleaner) and techno gym music noise was disruptive. The hotel presented as more of an adults environment, yet is for all ages. It might be nice to have adults-only blocks of time for the lap pool and heated saltwater pool. The classes are geared around higher levels of existing fitness (e.g., advanced yoga). Given the number of older adults, beginner/gentle level classes, could be a welcome addition. The equipment in the gym/classes was top of line and the daily menu of classes, outdoor activities, optional nearby outings, and the ease of taking out an Ebike was fun. The pastry chef put out a morning/pm mini pastry shop spread that seemed to take precedence. As with another reviewer, I would have liked a more expanded selection and focus on healthier options (salads, wraps, veggie options, non-cream based soups, etc.) and consistency with quality/preparation of dinner main and fish dishes). The fresh orange juice and smoothies were wonderful, as were the infused carafes of water throughout the resort.

Service is bad, over 2 hours for a plate of pasta, 30grams no more, begging them to serve the hungry kids. Probably other tables were more important as nothing arrived for more than 2 hours. Gave up adult order, begging them to serve the kids first. Nothing, unheard requests, what can I say, I would not come back as ruined the all experience; it’s expensive and you expect a good service but you don’t get one.

Beautiful rooms & luxury bathrooms! Terrible smell in corridors, perhaps damp/carpet glue? Dim lighting everywhere, impossible to see! One elderly gentleman walked straight into one of the numerous ‘floor pools’ … ankle deep but still a dangerous hazard, albeit a nice interior design feature. It’s so dark, it can easily happen. Excellent, obliging staff everywhere. Nice bar and good wine cellar. But BIG PITY … the restaurant!! Totally disappointing, practically inedible fish, overcooked and tasteless. Same salads every day, lack of originality, spices and flavour. Seems to be cordon blu, so tiny portions but flavourless. Again dim lighting, perhaps to disguise the food?! Very disappointing. Excellent waiters who tried to oblige, even the chef was a darling but the food was dull, and simply not up to the standard of a five star rating. Narrow outdoor paths connect the bedrooms to the spa, reception and dining area … we hadn’t realised we would be expected to walk in our bathrobes outside!! Freezing, especially after a pool dip or treatment, and especially windy and cold! (Umbrellas are provided for rain!) The narrow paths are only wide enough for one person hence single file, impossible to hold a conversation with a partner or friend. Bad planning as plenty of space! Excellent pools, spotlessly clean … perfect. Yoga classes had excellent teachers, Agatha was a dream and a great knowledge on the area. All in all, a very mixed review … shame as the architecture and the idea has the wow factor but too many issues (in my opinion) are letting the Adler Spa Sicily down.
