Spent 4 nights here as a solo traveler and was so well looked after by all the staff, who were very attentive, polite and hard working Rooms... have all you could need, decent air con, fridge (bottles of water replaced daily) Kettle with tea and coffee etc. Comfortable bed with good quality bedding. If I was to make a tiny criticism, it would be that it was maybe a bit on the small side. Food.. Fantastic selection for breakfast, lunch and evening meal. Top quality ingredients and very tasty. Breakfast was aimed as more continental so don't expect a Full English, but the freshly made to order omelets were fab. Pool and bar area... Lovely, clean and relaxing, staff happy to bring you drinks to your sun lounger. Good selection of hot and cold drinks available throughout the day. No entertainment at this hotel so if you are looking for a lively place then this is not for you.... but if you want a friendly, clean, modern and relaxed hotel then I would highly recommend

We were here with my girlfriend for 12 days. It was our first holiday in Turkey and at the same time the most beautiful holiday we have experienced. The hotel was excellent in terms of content, quality of food, choice of food. The staff had an excellent attitude towards us. I also have to praise the waiters, especially Gazi, who had the entire staff of waiters under control. The rooms in this hotel were beautifully clean and cleaned every day, with an animal or motif made from a towel. The hotel is beautifully renovated and the pool is also clean. They grilled and served ready-made grilled dishes in front of you every moment, and the evening program could not be missed either. The chefs are perfectly prepared and willing to make an omelette for breakfast, pancakes for lunch, fish directly for you. Many thanks to the manager named Mahir, who explained everything to us if we had any question and helped if we had a request for him. He is a person with a big heart and always has a positive attitude and a smile on his face. The owner of this hotel is a person who is always smiling and makes you feel very good almost like a Big Chef (: . The hotel has two bars, one by the pool and the other by the reception. Also, every now and then they offer you some food that you can't eat anymore. Simply put, I have no negatives about this hotel, only positives. service, food, access, pool, drink, beer, room, everything TOP. I would give this hotel 5+. Thank you for the best vacation. I definitely have to go back again (:

So I get to understand there is a new part and an old building to this hotel, Most of the pictures are from the old part. Hope you stay in the new part of the hotel. The are great staff and really nice, and the food is good, I went inclusive, the location is in ok the area is quiet, but still a good few things and shops to walk around. The room was nice and clean, The beach is about a 5 min walk, and the hotel has a spot there that provides water and tea while there, but no wifi.

My wife and I (both over 45 years old with no kids with us) have just got back from 10 days in Side, our first time in Turkey. I will give an honest review as I can listing the pros and cons of the hotel. Let’s start with the pros The location of the hotel is good, it’s only about 7 minutes to the beach and has its own private bit of beach directly as you exit the path onto the Beach. The beach is sandy and slopes nicely into the sea. Sun beds and parasols are free and there’s free chilled water and a hot drinks machine that’s also free as part of the all inclusive package. We also got ice cream but that seems at random times and hit and miss. It’s about 45 minute walk to the old town or grab a dolmus bus like we did for about 20 lira for both of us. The hotel food is good, no chance of a full English breakfast but toast, eggs, pancakes and cereal along with meats and cheese so we did not starve. Lunch and evening meals were good and as long as you like chicken, pasta and salad you won’t starve and they do plenty of grilling such as kebabs. Not the best choice of food for young kids but they do have chicken nuggets and chips every day at lunch time only. They also do snacks that include burgers, chips, savoury pancakes as well as fruit. The lady that makes the pancakes on a hot plate is very skilled and you must try them. Drinks were also good and a good measure was always given. No small glasses. Stop serving drinks at midnight and food at 1am so plenty of time to eat and drink. The staff make this hotel what it is in my opinion, they can’t do enough for you and are very helpful and have a good sense of humour. The staff that stood out were Irfan on reception and Mehmet in the pool bar. Both made us feel extra special and made us so welcome. So thank you to them both. Good air con unit in the room and quiet so ran it all night. Don’t need your own beach towels as they are provided by the spa centre which is owner by the hotel. Room has a mini fridge and there’s free water all over the hotel which is nice. Mini fridge was stocked with cold drinks on arrival but didn’t get topped up. We topped up as and when we needed to. Choice of two areas to eat, around the pool area outside under parasols which we were not keen on or directly above the cooking area in the Al a carte restaurant which we preferred but means your carrying your food upstairs but the room has air con and better tables and chairs. If you want really cold eat in reception as that’s the coldest part of the hotel. Bed in the room was huge and very firm. Ideal for us. Free safe in the room but had to ask reception to use it so best off doing that on arrival at check in. We arrived after 2am and we were offered food and drink which was a very nice gesture. Good location to shops and bars if you want a wander about. Now for the negatives. Our room was not located in the main hotel. It was located over the road at the back of the hotel above a shopping mall, totally disconne

We were a little bit apprehensive before we arrived as there didn't seem to be many reviews of the Alessia so I will try to give a fair, balanced review. Firstly, it's not like your huge hotels and if you've got young kids it's probably not going to be for you as there are no water slides/ poolside entertainment.great choice. The vast majority of people staying here are Russian, with a sprinkling of German , Dutch and British Most people head to the private beach 5 mins walk away, so there are always loungers available, no need for reserving them with towels. The food is good quality with good salad bar, grilled or bbq'd meats/ fish ,flatbreads etc. If your a fan of English breakfasts you will be disappointed. There are eggs done 10 different ways, cereal, toast etc but no bacon, beans etc. The rooms are clean and ours was spacious for a family of 4. The staff are friendly and hardworking, always keeping the place clean. If you are looking for a quieter , smaller hotel this is a great choice.

To begin with, the hotel should be renamed MINIhotel, because everything here is mini, the rooms, the beach, the narrow ***** of sea, there were no seats in the restaurant, the cutlery was missing, there were no sunbeds on the beach, people were lying on the hot sand on the towels (even those the hotel is undersized in everything. The entrance to the sea is gradual, suitable for children and non-swimmers, but further down there are huge rocks on which my feet have bloody memories. In the last few days, several of us swam in front of the adjacent hotel, where the bottom was safe .The sea was at a pleasant temperature, but it was not very clear due to the waves. Eating, i.e. the main restaurant, was sitting under parasols in the blazing sun by the pool (the pool bar and the main restaurant are one and the same). The a la carte restaurant upstairs was not a winner, because it was a glass greenhouse without air conditioning. So a person could take off his clothes after eating. The meal was quite good, even if the selection was not very large, but every day a person chooses something different and thus has a change (a lot of things were repeated every day). No one will be hungry .The service was not very accommodating. When a person sat down at the table, no one noticed him (only the locals were served promptly), they were only interested in the empty plates. If a person wanted to order a drink, he had to call the service or personally go to the bar. they collected the plates from the tables very actively. Even if they were not eaten. They even cleaned our freshly loaded dinner, still untouched, while we were looking for cutlery, which was still a problem. The only air-conditioned area was the reception + lobby, even if only decently. But the housekeepers there were very reluctant , they sent us for coffee by the pool. I praise the chefs. On the beach beach bar = one refrigerator + one freezer (not turned on) with water in plastic cups (2dcl), coffee machine under the parasol. We were unlucky to end up in an old building, outside hotel, I didn't understand why. That's why I warn people who receive a card from the room with the number 9XX at the reception to be careful, because it will be taken out through the back entrance to the street. Then between the boutiques on a hidden staircase without an elevator (3 floors). 2 old buildings connected open wooden houses, so no corridors. Big gaps around the doors of the rooms, where the light was on all night, noise from one side of the house from boutiques and from the road on the other side (cars + motorbikes). I recommend packing your tools, because the towel holder fell off the wall as well as the toilet paper holder, the toilet brush was missing, the shaving mirror that should have been on the wall was not there (but there were traces of it), the shelf for towels was not there (there were holes in the wall after it). The door to the bathroom could not be closed , because there were no openings for the hin

I went here with my sisters and nieces and we had a fantastic time, This hotel is lovely all round, food was lovely and the staff are all friendly and couldn’t do enough for you, the waiters work so hard in the heat it must be so tiring, but there’s one person that really sticks out for us all that made this holiday that extra bit special and that’s the lovely memo without him it wouldn’t have been the same, you made our holiday fantastic and thank you WE LOVE YOU MEMO!! 🩷

Arrived late at night and was greeted by welcoming staff who took our bags to our room while we had a snack and a drink before bed. The room was a family room was lovely sized for the four of us plenty of storage. Two mini fridges in the room both stocked with juice on arrival and refilled daily with bottles of water. Room also has two air con units with individual controls perfect when the kids didn’t want it as cold as we did. Pool was perfectly sized and the top corner near the hookah bar is best for sunshine all day from early morning if you love the sun. The lads at the pool bar were always round the pool clearing the tables and bringing fresh drinks. If you love savoury pancakes mamas house the fresh hot savoury pancakes filled with cheese were an almost daily for us just so yummy. The food isn’t aimed at brits but why come to Turkey if you want British comfort food ?? We always enjoyed every meal and loved the bbq that happened most nights. Memo is working hard to build his entertainment programme and we seen a few acts while there. Have to give special thanks to Kadir though, he was always there with a big smile and helping regardless of how busy he was. Would take time out his day to come say hi and check in on our non verbal autistic son James which was lovely to see. Thanks to every one at Alessia for a wonderful family holiday. I didn’t want to leave !

I found this hotel at *********** and booked a familyroom for 4 nights at a good price. Everything was fine, until I noticed that they removed their hotel from ***********. A few days later they have cancelled my PREPAID stay - less than 2 weeks before our holiday. I wouldn't take the chance to book at this hotel!!
