This hotel is somewhat tired and needs a bit of renovation. We suggest to modernize conditioners in the rooms. We were not able to adjust temperatures. Breakfasts almost perfect , but you would expect croissants a bit better in Sofitel.

I have stayed at Sofitel hotels in SR many times. The service this time was very poor. The room was not ready when it was time to check in. I booked a twin bed but got a king bed. I asked for a crib but it wasn't provided. The suitcase is not brought to the room even after an hour. It was a very bad stay. I felt the incompetence of the manager.

出行前糾結是選萊佛士還是索菲特，被索菲特的花園打動。入住後果然很不錯，感覺住進了景裏。房間很大很舒服，前台幫忙升級了，帶小陽台。早餐很豐盛，咖啡還有個Angkor的字樣。服務員都很貼心，提行李，幫忙叫車很積極，推薦的餐廳也很不錯。泳池沒去體驗，但是看起來很大挺不錯的。早中晚有不一樣的感覺，是很棒的住宿體驗。

客觀説酒店最大的亮點花園很漂亮，泳池佈局也不錯很大。但是從房間設施來説有多老化，譬如空調冷凝漏水，下面還是放箱子的地方，衣服滴濕了。從服務來説熱情流於表面或者説有得壓根不到位，比如房間裏放着黃色菊花，對中國人來説有多不吉利就不説了，放到第二天都萎了也不換，其實當地有很多蓮花以及其他花花草草可以放，用點心自然知道不能在中國人房裡放菊花。另外吃早飯點了兩碗粉，煮完了服務生也不送過來就這樣放在枱子上，過會我去拿忽然從後廚出來一個主持人模樣的西方人，他就要來幫我端，結果他一上手馬上湧過來兩個服務生要來幫忙，這不就是勢利眼麼……作為全球連鎖的五星酒店仍有很多提升空間
