Very nice stay at here. It is good for those who are looking for a nice quiet place to chill and have fun. The staffs are very friendly and welcoming. A good value for money stay.

it is good, with five-star standards, the service staff can speak Chinese, the transportation is convenient, there is free parking, the gym and the breakfast are satisfactory. If you are on a long-term business trip, it is more cost-effective to choose a monthly rental.

While the hotel is mostly ok and the front desk staff is very friendly and hard working, the hotels casino is incredibly unprofessional and lacks in operational standard. If you do spend time there its advisable to check amount and money received thoroughly.

It's an okay hotel with good value for money. When the air conditioner broke, they immediately arranged for me to move to the next room. The person who repaired the air conditioner was very enthusiastic and nice👍

I have stayed here many times. The price/performance ratio is excellent. The facilities are of a high standard, but the room is a little small. It is suitable for a single person on a business trip. The hotel is well-equipped, and the swimming pool, restaurant, and lobby bar are very private. The hotel service is very good, and the restaurant on the 6th floor has a good view right by the pool. The hotel is safe and private.

A very good hotel. The swimming pool is also very big and clean. It is very good. The food is also good. The hotel is right by the sea and you can walk to the city center. It is very convenient. The food you cook is also very delicious. Everyone in Taiwan can speak Chinese.

Location k View is great ! But very noisy at night …noise from clubs facing beach. Windows are not sound proof . Impossible to sleep till 3-4am !!! Pay more money for the room with great views but suffer from noise & sleepless nights !

Pros: + Good location, center of city, near many restaurants, malls. 10mins by tuktuk to the beach. + Can check in early and check out late. + Room is big and has balcony. + Ground floor has a minimart sell drinks, snacks, fruits. + Can request anything via their Telegram like: clean the room, provide towels… Cons: + Receptionist doesn’t speak English. Only Khmer and Chinese. + Room smell cigarettes since they allow to smoke inside the room. + Room for 2 person but only one access card. Request for one more has to deposit 10USD + Standard King room has a toilet and bath area to close. Standard Twin room has separate area for toilet and bath area. + Mini refrigerator not working. (I stayed 2 times and both times not working)

Especially the lady at the front desk, she is very polite, has a very good attitude, and the experience is particularly good
