I hope they improve their service, the hair dryer in my room was broke and they took 40mins+ just to replace another one for me.
I called the front desk for 5 times (very annoying)but no one pick up, then I have to change and walk to the lobby to inform them. They asked me to wait them to inform the housekeeping side.
And after I waited another 15mins, just for them to send me a guy (without bringing a new hairdryer and he just walked in without asking permission! when he saw there was just two girls in room) I am very mad about this. I stopped him in front of the tv side and I told him we already tried the hairddryer multiple times I’m sure it is not working. Only then he left, and he say ‘I know you are in a hurry but I need time to check this hairdryer’ in a aggressive tone, and after about 10mins they send a woman and gave us another hairdryer. My hair already dry lmao.

It is some walk to the nearest MRT, so there is regular shuttle service from the hotel to vivocity. This is very good. The staff services are good as well, view at level 7 is relaxing. Clean and spacious toilet.

We were allowed to check in earlier. Free room upgrade to Deluxe as the room we booked is full. Was given a pool view. But the disadvantage is the bed is 2 single bed that been combined. But the bed is moving ard to make my partner and I sleep in a separate bed. Overall, was a great stay as we have came in before. Nearby queensway shopping centre, Ikea and heartland shops. Below the hotel, you can find food stalls with different cuisine.

Came back the 2nd time because the previous stay was awesome but was disappointed, booked the club room but wasn’t given the club room privileges as the staff forgot about it. Room was clean and comfy, just that the bed is noisy and abit flimsy. View from room was pretty!

Had a good time in Singapore staying at this hotel. Rooms are nice with a high ceiling which makes the room feel spacious, the staff are polite and the breakfast was tasty.
