ibis budget Singapore Mount Faber

A very clean place. It was reassuring to drink the tap water and shower, knowing Singaporean tap water is potable. Before my stay, they mentioned an e-key, but I couldn't download it for some reason. The hotel front desk provided me with a physical key, which showed excellent service. I was in the last room; thankfully, I'm not superstitious about its vibrant red decor. The room's decor was also very unique, and the bed was comfortable. The room wasn't large, but thankfully, it didn't feel cramped. There was a window, but no view. The location is excellent. I could walk to the nearby hawker center and the ferry terminal to catch a boat to Batam Island, Indonesia. At around HKD 600 per night, it's incredibly good value for money.

There's a 220v outlet. The hot water isn't hot enough. You can ask the front desk for a toothbrush. Bring your own slippers. They clean the room daily. The staff are all very nice, and some speak excellent Chinese. The location is great, very close to the subway. Taking the bus from the front of the hotel gets you to Vivocity quite quickly.

The hotel is a 15-minute walk from VivoCity, very quiet, and offers great value for money. Jenny at the front desk speaks Chinese, is very enthusiastic, and always ready to help. Five-star review!!!

The hotel is located at the foot of Mount Faber, surrounded by lush greenery. The rooms are clean and simple, and transportation is convenient with public transport directly accessible to major attractions. The staff are enthusiastic, making for a comfortable and worry-free stay overall.

Our room, though small, was clean and tidy, which made for a very pleasant stay. The whole hotel had a fresh feel to it, and the front desk staff were very helpful. Both female receptionists we encountered, and the male receptionist with darker skin, provided excellent service. The hotel offers luggage storage, and its location is very close to the MRT station for Sentosa, with a large shopping mall nearby. It's an excellent place to stay if you're visiting Universal Studios. I'd like to advise others considering the same room type that, although our room had a glass window, it couldn't be opened. It can get a bit stuffy without the air conditioning on.
