Everything is good. However, there is construction ongoing (written in hotel will be from 9am-6pm) but apparently from 8am plus till 9pm plus. There is also irresponsible hotel neighbours who chatting and shouting (until the corridor can listen) until 12am even though complaint has been made.

Room small and smelly from toilet. TV position not good if you want to lying on bed watching TV. Room design... must improve more

Stayed in other NuVe hotels before. Chose this more for nostalgic reasons. Passed it many times since I was younger. But they need to do up a lot more renovation. Can be noisy. I don’t mind but the price is on the higher side. My principle: if cannot climb up the scale, then off the price. So that customers get what value they pay !

Too expensive for what you get. Small room. AC is not good not fresh air. Very bad shower. Conclusion: stay away!!!!

Staffs and housekeeping maintain their high quality standards in providing first class service. The place is very cosy as per usual and quiet unlike other hotels which I have been. Perfect stay for me so far.

Super convenient location and easily accessible to MRT, shopping and food. Room size is small but ok, value for money

check in is very quick and convenient, the staff is very open and sociable, but the room is quite small, there is no iron and need to go down to the reception room to get it, otherwise everything is fine

Bed and pillow too dusty

I stayed here as a solo female traveller! I don't speak English, but they were kind enough to help me and I had no problems. The room was clean and a bottle of water was provided every day. There was everything I needed, such as a kettle, towels and toothbrushes. There was only shampoo and body soap, so if that bothers you, I recommend bringing your own conditioner. The shower had plenty of hot water and there was no problem with the toilet. The room was small, but the space was well-used, so it didn't feel cramped. It's close to the main tourist sites and the MRT station, so it was very convenient to return to the hotel in the middle of sightseeing.

The room is very tired, it smells like sewage, there are no European sockets (the TV had 1 USB), you can hear your neighbors quite well, the pillow is too high and hard.

Close to Clarke Quay and Merlion Park. Great location. Very convenient for sightseeing from here. The taxi stand is right in front, so it was easy to call one. It was diagonally across from the police station, so it was safe. The building next door is currently (August 2024) under renovation, so there was some noise. I thought it was cheap for a place to stay in Singapore for this price. For those who only need toothbrushes and towels as amenities, it's not inconvenient. However, I thought it would be better if there was a description of shampoo and body soap. I didn't know which one it was.

The Indian guy and the old Indian lady at the front desk don't speak Chinese, but they are very nice and can communicate with each other with their poor English. The room is small, but it has everything

I was surprised at how small the shower room was. I can't even squat. I don't understand why this hotel has 3 stars. It's my own fault because I made the reservation in a hurry after arriving at the airport and forgot to check the size of the room, but there will be no next time. With this feeling, I feel like you can't stay in a normal hotel in Singapore unless it costs around 25,000 yen or more. It was nice that Chinatown and the city sightseeing boat pier were within walking distance. I think it's good to be in the suburbs because you can basically get around by taxi. Since the country is small, I wish I didn't have to go to this hotel at this price in this area.
