Extremely dirty and bad smelling place. Furniture looks like second hand. No help and caring by the owner. Lots of not functioning things like no working bedlight at the one side, elevator not working , waterheater smelled extremely like vinegaracid …

These people give such good information! Big rooms! Lounge is perfect for meetings! Good facilities! (Microwave in halwal) + parking neerby (even free if you want) + We want te come back! Location is superb because of bike rental and train! ALEXANDRITE had a great time!

Centrale en toch redelijk rustige ligging, authentiek gebouw, smaakvol interieur, bereidwillige gastheren. Enkele ongelukkige misverstanden/ongelukkigheden werden op vriendelijke wijze recht gezet. Ook helemaal zen: de langzaamste lift in de wereld. Het hotel heeft fijne terrassen op elke verdieping, daar wordt te weinig mee gedaan. Prima ontbijt. Aanrader

We hadden de kamer Aqua met het terras : een heel goed bed, grote badkamer, terras. We sliepen op het gelijkvloers. Voor de auto huurden we een afgesloten parkeergarage (10 euro/dag). 's Morgens een verzorgd ontbijt : allerhande broodjes, confituren, kaas, charcuterie, verse feuitsla, koffie of thee, fruitsap, ... Dit hotel is op 10 minuten stappen van de grote markt met verscheidene eetplekjes. Dit hotel : een aanrader !

Op wandelafstand van het centrum. We werden heel goed geholpen door de uitbater. Ook bij de dag van uitchecken was, konden we onze bagage en fiets nog even achter laten. Op die manier konden we nog genieten van een leuke wandeling in de buurt.

Fantastisch hotel, centraal gelegen in hartje Sint Truiden, zeer goede prijs / kwaliteit. Schoon en alles erop en eraan. Heerlijk bed. Aan alle details die nuttig en comfortabel zijn in de kamer is gedacht (haardroger, koffie-apparaat, badproducten, ...). Fijn contact met de eigenaar zelf, die meedenkt met waar je als klant nood aan hebt. Ik was op trektocht over de GR128 en ik kon op mijn vertrekdag mijn grote rugzak een middag achterlaten om de stadsvariant te wandelen. De kamer was ook eerder klaar dan voorzien op de officiële inchecktijd van 15u. Echt een aanrader in een mooie stad die het waard is om te ontdekken.

We waren met een groepje van 5 vriendinnen en sliepen in 3 verschillende kamers. Elke kamer was heel smaakvol ingericht en heel ruim. De eigenaar is een héél behulpzame man, het ontbijt heel uitgebreid. Wij hebben genoten van ons verblijf. Een adres om te onthouden!
