The hotel is so perfectly located in a lovely quiet side street, only a short distance from the heart & soul & hussle & bussle of Sirmione. Jamaica Beach Sirmiones best beach is only a short walk away or take the road train located 50mts from your hotel. The hotel staff are really lovely, friendly & nothing you do, ask or say is a problem for them. Some of the reviews on here are a little disingenuous about the decor, really? You really are not in an episode of “Four in a Bed. The hotels, Location, Pool & Staff make this the place to be. The tranquility & quietness once you get away from the crowded centre make this place a little slice of Italian heaven. So in summary, look above the superficial & enjoy every moment Sirmione has to offer.

I booked this online via *********** - 4 star, with a pool and close to the old town centre. Photos looked nice and was pleased we were able to find something for one night. Thank goodness we went to look at the hotel before we stayed as it was AWFUL! Broken sun beds around the pool, the outside hadn’t been tended to in some time and the photographs were completely misleading. Inside was equally dated and the place was deserted. Needless to say we cancelled our stay and found somewhere else!!

Experience not to be repeated. Better to spend a little more and stay elsewhere. It is no longer to be classified as 4 stars imho, starting from the services and ending with the structure and state of conservation and cleanliness.

Abbiamo soggiornato presso questo hotel in un weekend di luglio 2021. L’hotel è in un’ottima posizione, nel centro storico, se non che dopo qualche mese ci è arrivata la multa da pagare per essere passati in ZTL (noi avevamo comunicato la targa CORRETTA dell’auto all’hotel e niente abbiamo dovuto pagare la multa noi… ). La camera è decisamente da rivedere,: le pareti sui muri sono piene di schizzi ( non voglio nemmeno sapere di cosa)…nelle aree comuni e sopratutto nelle scale e corridoi la moquette puzza di vecchio. L’unica cosa positiva è la piscina, anche se l’esterno potrebbe essere un pochino più pulito e curato Non è assolutamente un 4 stelle. La receptionist comunque è sempre stata molto carina e gentile

Hotel molto carino situato nel centro storico di Sirmione, a pochi metri dal lago. Da non aspettarsi il lusso essendo un hotel 4 stelle. Ci vorrebbe una bella ristrutturazione perché ha grandi potenzialità. Proprietari e staff molto disponibili e cortesi.

Noi ,non abbiamo mai guardato le stelle, abbiamo viaggiato molto e valutiamo solo le cose che a noi piacciono. Posizione unica, piscina spettacolare, gentilezza e cortesia del Signor Filippo e della Sig.ra Mara. Poi certo ci sarebbero delle cosine da migliorare. Ma il rapporto qualità/prezzo è ottimo.

L'hotel è datato e si sente, avrebbe bisogno di una rinfrescata. La posizione dal canto sua è ottima, all'interno delle mura ma in una posizione tranquilla a due passi dalle terme. Dispone anche di un parcheggio interno, è necessario chiamare la reception per farvi autorizzare ad entrare con la macchina all'interno delle mura (evitate gli orari di punta..altrimenti dovrete passare con la macchina nei vicoletti pieni di gente). Colazione discreta.

Nonostante sia all'interno delle mura, la posizione è molto tranquilla con parcheggio privato, Vicinissimo alle terme di Catullo e a pochi passi dalla vista lago. Personale cortese e disponibile, Servizi di qualità, pulizia impeccabile.
