Hotel is fantastic, would highly recommend. Facilities The rooms are all suites of varying sizes, we had a Junior suite, good sized living and dining area, large couch bed, dining table for 4, large fridge/ mini bar, please note on arrival there are contents in the mini bar, there is a tray of goodies on the table and red wine on the counter, it might look like a gift, but they are chargeable, we asked the fridge to be emptied so we could use for our own shopping. On that note there is a large supermarket under the hotel, it’s a really nice shop, plenty of really good fresh products and great for snacks, water, etc. The water situation incidentally for info, each floor on the hotel and at the pool area has chilled filtered water machines and ice machines which you can use to refill bottles. Back to the room, Large balcony with chairs and large comfortable fabric couch (it looks great and is very comfortable, but when it rains it does get wet fabric). Bedroom is large with large Marriott bed and bedding and bathroom is a really nice tiled wet room. Both the living room and bedroom have large wall mounted TVs with limited English speaking channels, usual news channels – BBC, CNN, etc. we did however manage to cast our IPAD onto the TV and watch Netflix, etc. The room also has a fantastic Marshall Bluetooth speaker amplifier, it looks and sounds great and actually we ended up ordering one from a certain online retailer so it would be home when we got back. There is a telescope in the room for a bit of stargazing. Also has a pod type coffee machine and a kettle. As far as I could make out every room in the hotel would have some kind of sea view (except maybe those on the ground floor at the pool) we had a sea view room which we were upgraded to, but I would say it was looking to the side, but no complaints. There are building works next door, looks like maybe an office block, it didn’t detract from our stay, it spoilt the view a bit, but no big deal, think most of the noisy elements of construction now complete. The pools consist of one children’s pool and one adult pool on the level above the children’s pool. Note they are both unheated, but we found that fine even in October. There are a good number of sunbeds including some of the double “four poster” type beds, towels are left on the beds and replaced throughout the day as people come and go (it was very quiet in October, not sure what it would be like in middle of summer. Restaurant we only used for Breakfast which was excellent, plenty of fresh fruit, bread, cereal, pastries, cold meets and cheese, fresh juice, some hot items like sausages, bacon, mushroom and tomatoes. Also eggs to order. Coffees machines really good for this type of thing (could maybe do with some “ordinary” tea bags). Have to say all facilities are incredibly clean. Location OK so it is a little bit out of town, but really only 15 mins walk, can either walk down (or up on the way back) the hill to the beach an
