"The hotel is perfect in terms of facilities. The breakfast was delicious. We ate in the restaurant, and it has very good food. I was expecting something different, though. I thought the pool would be a bit quieter, not filled with screaming children like other beach hotels. The location is also very close to the beach, but it's on top of a hill, and walking up and down to the beach isn't easy, especially if you're traveling with older people."

"This type of business should be severely punished 1. There was no information before booking that the check-in office was located away from the accommodation, and it was included in the reservation instructions emailed to me after booking. If I had known in advance, I would not have made the reservation 2. I found out that there was a 100 euro deposit upon check-in 3. The email even said that if I did not check in, it would be a violation, which sounded like a threat 4. I plan to report this business's misdeeds to the Sitges and Barcelona city authorities."

"Probably one of the worst hotel I ever stayed and if not is THE WORST OF ALL!! Ok so the good thing: has a nice view. That’s it. Issues: 1. It’s so far from anywhere, other than the sea itself, which many other hotel also have the same distance from the sea but much closer. 2. When we came the AC didn’t work at all and the room is hot, called the receptionist and chase persoballg and called again, no one ever come to fix the Aircon until 2 hours were about to check out!!! Really nightmare! 3. It’s all old furnish, bed actually broken, and the linen looks not clean, the seats looks dirty, I 4. 2 of the hand towel was dirty and I just use it to wipe the wet floor, coz they don’t give the bathroom matt, and when we’re out, looks like someone came and see the 2 towels I left on the floor, completely wet and fold it and put it on top of the clean towel!!! We came back and there’s zero clean dry towel!!! We end up not showering coz they don’t want to send clean towels 5. So they want us to clean the kitchen and the rubbish when we check out or they charge us 30 euro!!! We go to hotel to avoid this!! 6. The shower and the tap, both doing the same thing. Which makes it difficult to even just washing face. It goes from cold to super hot within seconds and then straight away super cold again. And then become super hot again! Unusable! 6. I paid over 500 sgd for this????!!!! The worst hotel ever!!! Will ever stay here ever again! It’s just super super bad!!!"

"Excellent hotel, slightly out of the way, but that made parking easier. The breakfast was good, and the room and bathroom were spacious. Check-in was quick and easy, with very friendly staff. The only negative I find, though it certainly won't be a problem for others, is that since we were only staying for two nights, the towels weren't supposed to be changed, as they were, and that's not very eco-friendly."

"The room was quite small, with a small balcony just inside. Rooms were hard to find during peak season, so I made do for one night. It's not far from Sitges Cathedral, right on the beach. A very important thing to note upon check-in: after 8 PM, you can only contact the front desk via WhatsApp; there are no other ways to do so. However, some phones in China can't download this app!"

"We booked for 1 week and on arrival found out you can’t get in you have to get a taxi to another hotel around 2 miles away to get the keys! Not what you need after a long journey. After paying a 200 euro deposit we got a taxi back again to finally get into the apartment. It seemed fairly clean and well equipped but there was no hot water sometimes and the shower was blocked so you can only run the water very slowly. We also had to fix the flush on the toilet several times, the place is not manned and the number we were given was not answered. Also when lying in the bed there’s a smell of mold and there was a very dodgy looking yellow stain on a pillow. The outside door is never locked so anyone could get in and the grip on the stairs is coming away from the stair so you can trip very easily. The maids do not come into the apartment to change bed covers or towels and are very noisy talking at the tops of their voices and banging equipment around. All in all the place is grotty and old and I definitely wouldn’t stay again."

"Our first stay and we were very pleased. Staff very helpful and friendly, our room was in the pavillion and its was very clean and the bed very comfortable. There was a very small balcony. The hotel cleaning staff do an excellent job our room was serviced everyday clean towels and the room always smelt fresh. Buffet breakfast was excellent so much choice and the opening hours meant no pressure to be up at a certain time which was excellent. The pool area is tiny and disappointingly people still insisted on reserving beds with towels we spent everyday on the beach which was lovely and a short walk through Sitges. This hotel is comfortable, very clean, welcoming and we would definitely return."

"I sure do like giving good reviews, but I just can’t for Port Sitges that is unless you’re a smoker, because apparently they allow you to smoke about anywhere. I smelled smoke in my room from the patio next door. I smelled it in the lobby and the elevator. I had paid extra to have a room with a view of the marina and a Terrace. The first room they gave me had a view of the parking lot. (See picture) When I first inquired about it, they said that was all they had, after I smelled the smoke I said I can’t stay there and I would leave. They couldn’t find a different room. Only then did they  move me to the other side with a view of the ocean, but no Terrace. They told me they were full, but it seemed pretty clear that they had lots of rooms available. I was there for nights and never saw more than a few lights on.   The original room they had put me in had been recently remodeled. Weird thing is there was no bathroom door. Maybe it’s just me, but I don’t wanna see my roommate sitting on the toilet. If I was sitting on the bed against the wall, that’s exactly what I would see. (See picture) Just a little too weird for me. There is lots of lovely places to stay in Sitges and for less money. I recommend you look elsewhere."

"The room is well laid out and clean. I like the bedding here, which is soft and comfortable. There is a large terrace with a direct view of the sea, where it is quite pleasant to enjoy the breeze. The only thing lacking in the environment is that there is a construction site opposite, which will affect the view. The other thing is that I am not very satisfied with the facilities. The water in the shower is relatively small and the water temperature is a bit erratic, sometimes hot and sometimes cold. The customer service here is very good, which is worth affirming! Overall it's good and I will consider staying here again next time."
