Human hairs were found on the bed sheet, and food bits were still left in the kitchen sink drain."

"Location is good, facility is great. Free street parking nearby but a screw nail on rear right tire was found after 36 hours parking. Normally we would park our car in camera equipped underground garage instead of street parking. So it might be someone showing the complaints about occupying free parking spot for too long. Also the street number should be 32 instead of 31 which is on the other side of street and could not be found. It took us more than 10 minutes to look for 31 and finally we decided to try card reader of 32 thanks to google map street view photo comparison."

"Probably one of the worst hotel I ever stayed and if not is THE WORST OF ALL!! Ok so the good thing: has a nice view. That’s it. Issues: 1. It’s so far from anywhere, other than the sea itself, which many other hotel also have the same distance from the sea but much closer. 2. When we came the AC didn’t work at all and the room is hot, called the receptionist and chase persoballg and called again, no one ever come to fix the Aircon until 2 hours were about to check out!!! Really nightmare! 3. It’s all old furnish, bed actually broken, and the linen looks not clean, the seats looks dirty, I 4. 2 of the hand towel was dirty and I just use it to wipe the wet floor, coz they don’t give the bathroom matt, and when we’re out, looks like someone came and see the 2 towels I left on the floor, completely wet and fold it and put it on top of the clean towel!!! We came back and there’s zero clean dry towel!!! We end up not showering coz they don’t want to send clean towels 5. So they want us to clean the kitchen and the rubbish when we check out or they charge us 30 euro!!! We go to hotel to avoid this!! 6. The shower and the tap, both doing the same thing. Which makes it difficult to even just washing face. It goes from cold to super hot within seconds and then straight away super cold again. And then become super hot again! Unusable! 6. I paid over 500 sgd for this????!!!! The worst hotel ever!!! Will ever stay here ever again! It’s just super super bad!!!"

"The room was quite small, with a small balcony just inside. Rooms were hard to find during peak season, so I made do for one night. It's not far from Sitges Cathedral, right on the beach. A very important thing to note upon check-in: after 8 PM, you can only contact the front desk via WhatsApp; there are no other ways to do so. However, some phones in China can't download this app!"

"Absolute rip off. Dity tiny pool that does not get cleaned for three days, no sun beds. Late check in is the worst you have to walk to the main hotel as there are no keys in a box. their system is old and antiquated. Lots of unsafe facilities, very noisy. took videos and photos as evidence. Got woken up at 0315hrs by guests jumping in the pool which was closed and very noisy, did not sleep. This is the real faulty towers. Do not be deceived by the photos they are false like estate agents pics . Even staff know that their system is bad. I will never book here again, Sockets falling off the wall, bare wires hanging out. should really be closed down. its ok for locals to use but not tourists. Dirty sheets , basic tiling in bathroom failed that causes flooding."

"I sure do like giving good reviews, but I just can’t for Port Sitges that is unless you’re a smoker, because apparently they allow you to smoke about anywhere. I smelled smoke in my room from the patio next door. I smelled it in the lobby and the elevator. I had paid extra to have a room with a view of the marina and a Terrace. The first room they gave me had a view of the parking lot. (See picture) When I first inquired about it, they said that was all they had, after I smelled the smoke I said I can’t stay there and I would leave. They couldn’t find a different room. Only then did they  move me to the other side with a view of the ocean, but no Terrace. They told me they were full, but it seemed pretty clear that they had lots of rooms available. I was there for nights and never saw more than a few lights on.   The original room they had put me in had been recently remodeled. Weird thing is there was no bathroom door. Maybe it’s just me, but I don’t wanna see my roommate sitting on the toilet. If I was sitting on the bed against the wall, that’s exactly what I would see. (See picture) Just a little too weird for me. There is lots of lovely places to stay in Sitges and for less money. I recommend you look elsewhere."
