"A family trip of five to rest, sleep, and have a hostess, and it was the complete opposite. Starting with the late check-in and 10 a.m. checkout, which leaves little time in these apartments. On top of that, we found ourselves without hot water, and the solution they gave us at 11 p.m. was to move to a smaller apartment (which we refused because it was illegal) or shower in a double apartment that was falling apart and the shower sprayed water everywhere except where it should. It was located in another block, and we had no choice but to do it, having to cross the pool area with small children in the rain. And between one thing and another, we went to bed at 1 a.m.... a disaster because we didn't get any rest or hot water, which is what we paid for. They tell us we'll have it in the morning, and nothing, we're still the same. On top of that, the best part is they kick you out at 10:00, but reception doesn't open until 1:00 PM, so we asked by phone to let us know how to file a complaint, and we're still waiting for them to give us the complaint form since they're avoiding it. It's a disaster, but we won't stop until they get the complaint through tourism or the consumer protection office."

"Great beach location opposite Beach URH Sitges remains our hotel of choice on our annual visit to Sitges. This year we visited in the offseason instead of in the summer and definitely had a different experience in the town. It was quiter and much easier for restaurant/tapas bar bookings and browsing the wonderful shops. Our frontal sea view was fantastic. Bed was comfortable and we had tea/coffee facilities. We did notice since our last visits 8 months ago, that their are some maintenance issues here and there. Some broken tiles which have been patched up , broken beading on the glass door leading to the balcony, dirty umbrellas in the restaurant Amanit, fewer items for the breakfast buffet than we have had on our 3 previous visits. The small plastic table in our balcony had a large crack in the middle when we arrived which we reported to reception 3 times but nothing was done about it. We took the table down to reception in the end to get it replaced on our 3rd day. As we had paid extra for a balcony sea view room it is reasonable to expect balcony furniture which is usable. We must however commend the staff, Cristina, Ivan,Domingo for looking after us well..we hope the maintenance issues are resolved as we loved this homely hotel"

"I went in and left immediately. The room smelled awful, and the shower was moldy. The girl said it was normal and that they wouldn't give me a refund. With that smell and the dirty shower, I told her that wasn't normal for a place like this. It's a disgraceful place that I wouldn't recommend to anyone."

"Great location, rooms with balconies have great views of the beach, and the tables and chairs on the balconies are very useful. The counter service is very good and the service staff is friendly and patient. The water pressure in the bathroom is very comfortable, the mirror and equipment are very good, and there is an electric kettle and refrigerator in the room. The lobby is beautifully decorated and the swing chair at the door is also very comfortable. The only drawback is that there is only one chair in the room and the wardrobe is a bit small. We will come back if we have the chance."
