"Five nights in mid-August in a Premium Deluxe Terrace room. We've stayed at the ME Sitges Terramar (about 10 minutes away), which for years was considered the top hotel in Sitges, and honestly Casa METT has gone a step beyond it. Our room came in around 20 sqm, within the advertised 16-29 sqm range, with a really generous terrace: two sunbeds plus a table and chairs. Fair warning for summer guests though, there's no umbrella out there, so you can't sunbathe safely for more than about 10 minutes in the August sun. The terrace will come into its own in the cooler months. The king bed is 200x200, the biggest I've ever had in a hotel. Beds skew firm, and my one suggestion for management would be to keep some mattress toppers on hand for guests who like things softer. Big TV with Apple TV, YouTube and SkyShowtime, you just log into your own accounts. WiFi was 25-40 Mbps, plenty for streaming. Nespresso machine stocked with the strong black capsules, exactly the right strength first thing in the morning, and a small fridge with drinks for purchase. There was a bottle of Taittinger waiting in the room at check-in with chocolates, macarons and a welcome note. No idea if that's standard or an opening-period thing, but what a way to arrive. The pool ended up being a destination in itself. Loads of comfortable, stylish loungers with umbrellas, a poolside shower, and people gathered there all day swimming and ordering drinks and snacks. The service down there was on another level. The bar and wait staff felt like they'd been lifted straight out of a high-end Dubai beach club. I've genuinely never had service like it at a hotel pool anywhere. The gym surprised us too. Seriously good equipment, clearly chosen by someone who actually knows fitness. There's also a wellness centre with a really luxurious shower and sauna, plus a spa room with treatment beds. But the thing we'll remember most is the people. Reception, bar, restaurant, porter, maintenance, housekeeping, management, every single interaction over five days was professional and cheerful, and everyone had their own personality. That's something you only get at a place with 38 rooms, and whoever hired and trained this team deserves real credit. We even got a lovely gift on checkout. We'll be back. The manager on duty suggested returning for the Sitges Film Festival in October and we're strongly considering it."

"Value for money of this hotel is more than good. The service was top notch and location very pleasant- about 3 mins walking to the nearest beach with beach club and 15 mins to the center of beautiful Sitges. Definitely a recommendation:)"

"The location was good and close to Cites Station. The bathroom had been remodeled and was very clean, but the cups were not washed properly and had unremovable lipstick stains, and the soundproofing was very poor."

"We thought the apartment was modern, but it was actually an older one. There were even some slops. There was even a pool, which was nice. A major problem was the heating, as it wasn't properly adjusted and wasn't visible anywhere. Overall: 2.5 out of 5"

"The room is OK, but you need to pay for the mineral water. It is relatively quiet, close to the beach, and there are supermarkets and restaurants nearby. For business travel, it is far from the city, but the small train is more convenient"
