The beach and pool areas were lovely and clean. The restaurants had nice options and the food was delicious. We had a room with a private jacuzzi which wasn't working but as soon as we said something it was fixed right away. Our personal butler Fabian was wonderful. So helpful in so many ways. We will be back!

The resort itself looks to be older but kept up pretty well. The restaurants were ok. I didn't have anything that was bad but ate nothing that I would say was above average. The only issue we ran into was with the lack of pool chairs available. Everyone would go down and save chairs and you would have people remove people's towels and belongings. There was no clear message or policy issued by the resort. I has seen more than a few conflicts over incidents over pool chairs.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The wifi was very poor which we paid for the premium. The at most restaurants wasn’t very good. The smell of sewage was very prominent as you walk through the premises towards the main entrance. We had a glass and noticed a breath right ***** stuck on the inside of the glass. Also it was difficult to make reservations for the restaurants

Arrived at the resort late and was shown to a room that smelled of mild and urine. After having to go back up to the front lobby, we were eventually moved to another room. Not a great first impression. Then following 2 days of an enjoyable vacation, got food poisoning and was violently ill. Spent the rest of our stay in the room and eventually lounging in the shade too terrified to eat any food. Incredibly disappointing stay

The food was amazing, staff was very friendly. Overall a wonderful experience we will be back. Only thing was our room did not have snacks after the first day and the hotel store was a bit pricey for snacks.

Nice service but my room smelled humid and the floor was all stained. The water would come out of the shower while showering
Again, nicest people and service. Food was ok, but the hotel is old and outdated
