Wonderful hotel, with friendly helpful and honest staff. Great breakfast options, the restaurant is rightly one of the busiest on the sea front. We arrived early for check-in due to only being able to get the red eye flight. Arebela on reception was helpful and welcoming. We provided a fresh cava buck fizz to ease us into filing the paper work. The room wasn't ready ( nor should it have been!). Our bags were taken in and we were promised a call as soon as the room was ready. We managed a 10 minute walk when the call came.....excellent service. The room was spacious, clean, comfortable with a huge shower, double sinks and a fabulous view over the bay of Port de Soller. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and ensured a great nights sleep. The facilities in the room are excellent. Due to the time of year the balcony didn't get the sun during our stay but in reality that was a boon. The hotel has a great 5th floor amenity with a gym, seating area, fuzbal table, jacuzzi and sauna. The pool area is small but is a sun trap and has plenty of luxurious seating. The restaurant fayre was very good and served by the most relaxed and pleasant staff. For a short break, this was the most relaxing and chilled out comfortable experience we have had in a long time.

Nice situated hotel with fantastic personal. We had a junior suite with balcony towards the sea. Nice wake up each morning and 100 m or less to take a bath. Breakfast is a big 5, with all you can wish for, nice presented and always filled up. Swimmingpool available but not a hit, in fact just not worth it. Small gym on the top floor with minimalistic equipment. These 2 things take down the value of the hotel. Also the fact that they offer you club membership on your last days with 50% of for parking and free 3-course dinner if you rebook for at least 5 days, why don’t they just give you that option from the beginning, now you just get a bad feeling which is no good and gives bad reputation, by spread of word. Send an e-mail to the management 2 days before we left after 12 days, but still no answer, really bad.

We have just returned from this lovely, clean and very modern hotel. If you can pay for a room with sea view and balcony. The balconies are glass so terrific views! We overlooked the beautiful beach and bay which was literally out the door and across the walkway. The mountain view rooms appeared smaller and were at the rear. They did overlook the Tramuntana mountains but with the neighbouring hotels' car parks in between. Very small pool to rear too but adequate with a beautifully designed pool area with very comfortable double loungers with overhead canopies. Our only slight concern related to breakfast. We would have liked more fruit and some brown breads. Breakfast started at 7 am and a couple of times we went down just after 7pm and things were a little chaotic - coffee machine not working, no milk etc but in the main acceptable. We didn't eat any other meals there as the menus were in picture form and we didn't like that. The hotel was nevertheless a great place to stay with lots of lovely restaurants on the door step and we would definitely stay there again and would recommend it to others.

Excellent hotel with extremely helpful and friendly staff, nothing was too much. Great location for the beach and close to the main part of town and the port itself. The rooms spacious and extremely comfortable and hotel facilities were ideal, everything we needed. Were made to feel really welcome by everyone in the hotel, from the breakfast service to the night time reception, a lovely group pf people. Soller is stunning and we will definitely go back and stay at this hotel.

My husband chose this Hotel for my 60th Birthday and it was just wonderful. The location is superb the hotel itself is beautiful, bright and airy. We stayed in room 105 with a sea view it was simply stunning, very large bright and comfortable. The pool area was lovely so relaxing with the added bonus of a shaded pool bar. The staff are friendly and helpful I would like to mention Africa on reception and Andrea in the restaurant. We stayed 4 nights and ate in the hotel restaurant twice because it was so good, the food and wine was amazing and the service was excellent. Thank you Hotel Minister you exceeded our expectations and Port De Soller now holds a special place in my heart.
