"The hotel is located just a short stroll down the hill to the beach and port. The reception is beautiful and the service at check in was exceptional. The room on the top floor had sensational views out to the beach beyond and through the trees. At was peaceful to sit out there both in the evening and the morning. The rooms are a little dated as other reviewers say but they are very clean and have everything we needed for our stay. The bathroom is tiny in the basic double and the shower was not the best. The rooms could do with refurbishing in line with the rest of the hotel which is modern and decorated beautifully. We opted for half board and were disappointed with the vegan options available on the buffet dinner. The chefs were very helpful in assisting us with our requirements. All we could have was rice, chips and salad. Not the greatest variety of options for vegans. The waiting staff were not great which did affect our dining experience a little. Overall the hotel is beautiful, the staff (except the waiting staff) are exceptional and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay."

"The room is very similar to a Ji Hotel in China, so much so that I even suspected the owner was Chinese. Incredibly, the hotel provided toothbrushes and slippers. It's rare to find these in Spain, so a big thumbs up!
The hotel also has underground parking for €18 per night. The room facilities are very good and modern, but it's a little noisy because it's right next to the train tracks. Of course, there are no trains at night, but there are in the morning. The soundproofing in the room is a bit poor, but the hotel thoughtfully provided earplugs."

"Very close to the soller church, you can see the century-old wooden train when you go out, the hotel environment is also good, breakfast can be ordered, that is, parking spaces are less, you need to make an appointment with the hotel in advance."

"There has been a sewer in the room.
The service can't be said, it's generally normal.
The location is really good, the square is just outside.
But the parking lot is huge and difficult to find. We have been around for a long time. This small town car is super difficult to drive. It is recommended to come here and not drive this town. There is nothing special."

"The hotel staff is very enthusiastic and considerate, providing a lot of help and support. The room facilities are very new and clean, the minibar is rich in variety, and the price is reasonable. The spa is also amazing. It was only my wife and I who used it. The steam, spa, and swimming pool were also very clean. There was also an ice bucket challenge, which was simply amazing, hahahaha. It is worth mentioning that the breakfast is rich in variety and the taste is also in line with the Chinese appetite. It is also unique that you can squeeze orange juice yourself. I don't know if we will be the first review from China, but the hotel is really impressive. I will come again next time!"
