Lluna Aqua Soller - Adults Recommended

Nice location, full of life and interesting shops nearby, fantastic breakfast and friendly people. Does not have a USB port. Lobby chatting noise can be as early as 6:30am, not sure about the source but for two mornings while we stayed.

Somewhat quirky, but clean and comfortable with friendly and helpful staff. Great location in the centre of town. Only warning we would give is don't follow your Satnav to the hotel address, it's a narrow one way street with no parking/stopping. Instead use one of the car parks and then walk to the hotel, there are a few within 3 or 4 minutes walk.

Very nice quirky hotel in a in a lovely area, frendly staff. A few things could be improved like i was in a basement room which was fine as it was lovely but it had a strange smell as if they had put something to maybe cover a damp musky smell not unusual for Mallorca there is only a curtain separating the toilet from the bedroom,bedside tables would be good and the hallway to the room was on quite a steep incline and the flooring was a lino that was a bit slippy not good for me having just had a knee replacement and am still struggling with walking a flooring with some grip would be far better. Nice selection for breakfast.

This was my first time staying in Soller and I took a long time choosing my place to stay. I was certainly not disappointed with my choice. Toni, before I even arrived showed how professional they are by contacting me details on lock box etc. On arrival, I was greeted warmly and to my surprise was upgraded to a superior double. It was lovely. Little terrace, comfortable bed, pleasant room temperature and a wow bathroom. Breakfast was great too snd plenty of choice for me. Impressed with location too so will be revoking and bringing my husband next time. Thank you.

This is a beautiful, small hotel with wonderful decor and situated centrally in one of the main streets of Soller. We had a lovely room , overlooking the “ pedestrian” street below, with its own small balcony and gorgeous bathroom. Breakfast was good, especially the fresh croissants from the bakery down the road and was self-service continental buffet. We met some lovely people while we were there and heard their travelling stories— lots of hikers visit Soller and the surrounding mountains. Toni on front desk was friendly and helpful and obviously proud of his quirky hotel.He had been very supportive over my anxieties about getting the code information for the self—service checkin., as I had never done this before. In the event, it was easy once we arrived ( having had the code by email the day before) We would go back and choose a room at the back of the hotel,away from the street noise , but we are light sleepers . A great hotel, in a very good location at brilliant prices, especially if booked direct via the website or phone . Thank you Toni.

Charming, traditional hotel full of character. Quirky room with a lovely terrace. Hotel is very close to the main square. Very quiet and relaxed stay. Staff are friendly and really helpful of all requests. We booked direct, great pre arrival communication. Thank you

Loved this hotel. It’s a beautiful update of a historic house. It was a joy to discovery all the fun elements of the building. From check-in, to breakfast and check out, this is a very relaxed experience and felt really authentic. This is not a modern, sleek hotel and I think this is why I really liked it - great to stay somewhere with history and personality.It was in a fantastic location, minutes from the main square. The street was quiet and a had a great nights sleep. A great spot and an amazing price!

The room was different to the site that I’ve booked. The air conditioner was not working after one day. There’s no condition to stay there. My sheet was dirty and the Our room was seepage in the ceiling, the bathrooms are open, only separated by an old velvet curtain. I ask for twin beds and they are separate. There was no shampoo or soap. Decadent. I tried to speak to the person to change our room but was not possible. As there were no conditions to be in that place, we tried to talk to them and ask for a refund, since we would have to go to another hotel because they couldn't spend another night there, but it was not possible. We left very upset and had to pay for two hotels. Bad experience.

Booked a 'junior suite' room for a few nights away recently. Very unclear from the website what the differences were, but we were hopeful for a nice room nevertheless. On arrival at the hotel, we realised the check in desk was not 24 hours (we arrived at approximately 1am). Despite notices on the external doors saying we would have received an email with details of how to enter, we had received no such email. We found a video online that showed the key code to the key box (??security) and then realised that after all that, the side door to the hotel remained open at all times (again, very poor security!). In order to find our room number, we had to go behind reception and read through their documents. When we advised the staff of this the next day, they did not seem bothered by it. The room was pleasant. No access to a locked safe was disappointing, no coffee capsules despite having a machine was also a bit confusing, Unfortunately the cleanliness of the room was not great - there were long brown hairs all over the bathroom which even after we asked for an additional clean were still there. A small balcony was nice to sit on, but noise was a definite issue every morning with early morning bin lorries and mopeds on narrow streets. Comfy bed. Location of the hotel is excellent, right on the main shopping street and 30m to the main square. We did not eat in the hotel so cannot comment on the food. Parking was only available in the nearby pay&display, 6 euros a day which was reasonable.
