Fantastic view . Quiet area . Luce and Massimo is wonderful people. Apartment was nice , outdoor kitchen and room with double bed . I stay for 2 1/2 months . I really had a good time staying there . They are wonderful hosts who do everything to ensure that the guests have a good time.

Lovingly situated up the hill from Sosua Central. This is a great place to relax and recoup. 10 minute walk to all amenities. Rooms are clean and spacious and the hosts Luce and Maximus are fantastic and always obliging.

The description of the amenities are not accurate, no bar, laundry is not free, drinking water you pay, can’t have guess, up a hill that made it Inconvinient to travel back and forth to the sosua beach with ease. The living area is small. The area is quiet and the people are nice but the property is not worth it. You don’t get the whole property as you may think based on pictures. Wish I stayed at a hotel!

Me and my group of 8 people visited this place and really enjoyed the vibe and the structure of the whole place! We are so grateful for the hospitality and service provided to us! We highly recommend this place if you are visiting the north coast!

Luce and Maximo have created something very very special. If you want peaceful and beautiful but also close to everything then this place is perfect. It is the best place I have stayed in the whole of DR and possibly the world! This beautiful couple work so hard to make sure everyone's stay is the best possible, they are so friendly, so welcoming and so accommodating. Breakfasts are great and they even cook for you at lunch and in the evenings if you want (healthy chocolate deserts too!!!). This is super useful and also super high quality too. It is a great place for single travelers as it eems to attract very nice people probably because it is so beautiful and quiet. Even better if you like meditation and yoga. Its like paradise. The rooms are spacious, super clean and are really well designed by the owners. Great attention to detail and lots of good energy. So thankful to have found this place will come back and tell all my friends and family about it if could give it 6 stars I would. Thank you Luce and Maximo!!!!

A beautiful, graceful oasis overlooking Sosúa. We spent 5 days as guests, and returning to El Mirador after each day of experiencing the many activities available in the Puerto Plata/Sosúa/Cabarete area to be greeted at the gate by Zeus, the red and white Collie mix was a pleasure. The owners are very welcoming and truly interested in ensuring their guests enjoy the stay. Massimo is an artist with pasta, save at least one night to enjoy his creations. Thank you Luce, Massimo, and Zeus for sharing your home
