Rooms were clean. We did receive a room where the lever to operate the bath/shower was loose from the wall. I didn't like that towels were replaced every 3 days. Other than that our stay was fine.

This hotel is my go to place when I am staying in South Boston Va. The staff is efficient and friendly, especially Stacy who makes you feel at home instead of a business trip.

Only complaint was the bathroom, specifically the shower, was a little grody. Not dirty, just chipped in many places. Also the hairdryer didn’t work.

Large quiet room with both microwave and fridge. Open closet. Bed was too firm compared to what I am used to sleeping on. Overall, it was okay.

Very convenient for this trip. Had TV problems which were resolved on timly fashion. Disappointed could not het room on first floor.

Room and bathroom extremely dirty, bugs, knats, and the beds made a drum noise every time you moved! Not worth the room cost at all. The pictures online were misleading. Front desk stated all the beds in every room were like this. Afraid to take a shower.

Room was not clean - Remote for TV did not work the volume - TV would not turn off showing blue screen all night - shower water faucet was loose and not working well - staff was pleasant
