Was a nice place rhto stay the night. Close to location and easy after hours access

The location was fantastic. We were able to walk everywhere! Great parking. Amazing service - reception staff super friendly and helpful. Room was neat and tidy. Will definitely stay here again.

Really enjoyed our quick city break. Staff were professional but could have been friendlier. Very business like. Room was clean but the shower gel and shampoo conditioner pump packs in shower were empty so they was frustrating. Indoor heated pool was quite cold which was also disappointing… and no hot tub or spa which would have been nice as indoor pool was cold - apparently it is heated !!?? Apart from those small things - it was a nice room and good location. Parking is costly though

Stayed one night and found check in quite good, a free drink was offered which I found was a nice touch. Clean room and the size was fine, bathroom a little small but that was ok. Breakfast was great, large selection from the menu. Location close to Southbank and within walking distance. The room was charged twice accidentally I found a few days later but when I contacted the hotel they promptly initiated a refund with delay. I’ve stayed at many hotels and rate this one as overall a good hotel worth staying at. I will stay definitely again 😊

On the south bank of the river, the parking fee is very high, and it is an underground parking space. Breakfast is a set meal. Selecting a river view room is to see some river views from the cracks, which is not worth it. The front desk is very unfamiliar with the business. Breakfast is arranged for three people for one person in the double room, and breakfast for one person for two people in the double room.

The parking fee is very expensive, the breakfast is a set meal, and the front desk service is lacking. Ctrip booked a selection of river view rooms. After entering the room, I found that the front is facing a tall building, and I can only see a little bit of the river from both sides. Asked the front desk to change the room, and even said that the full river view cannot be guaranteed, and if there is a problem, go to Ctrip who booked the room.

The front desk has a good attitude and has Chinese service. However, there may be some problems with the hotel system. When I leave the room and go back in, the room card cannot be used. I have to ask the front desk to help set it up before using the room card. I am a bit dumbfounded. Breakfast is an a la carte set meal, but the staff may be very... I was so busy that I waited for a very long time for my meal to come, and I was served someone else's meal. The correct meal was served to me later, but the set drink didn't come until I was almost done eating. Maybe they wanted the apple juice I ordered. Go pick apples from the trees
