The St. Regis Goa Resort

Once again St Regis previously known as Leela Palace where I have been a returning guest for almost 15 years has exceeded all my expectations during my recent stay with them they certainly continue to provide the most luxurious relaxing rejuvenating stay I am already booking another 2 weeks in Month of July to celebrate my 54th birthday with them. Am super excited again to have St Regis in my diary to look forward to and am more than confident that I am going to have another super amazing stay with them. A Blessed stay I feel so lucky On this trip in April I stayed for 2 weeks during which time I experienced unparalleled level of customer service in particular from Umanand and his amazing team at the Manor Club from the waiters to the sous chef to the Mocktails that were so refreshing and cooling as the sun was always smiling at us every day with an odd day where it rained for only a few hours which was most welcomed by me. The whole experience was super amazing prompt service attention to detail and the team were always checking on me to make sure that I was ok and if I needed anything this especially as a solo traveller this attention to detail was most welcomed by me. They treated me like family and having travelled the world and having stayed at many luxurious 5 star hotels St Regis previously Leela exceeds all your expectations I have not found another place in the world that is so beautiful as the St Regis its gardens the forest the sounds of Mother Nature the ocean and the crashing waves just enhance every aspect of a stay here it hold a very special and dear place in my heart and whenever I arrive I am always warmly welcomed with a cold drink a cold towel and a lot of courtesy. Unfortunately my mother passed away at the ripe old age of 89 recently so this trip was for relaxation rejuvenation and meditation and the hotel exceeded my expectations far and above and the hotel was aware of this and they just reassured me on arrival that if their was anything that would make my stay more comfortable and enjoyable they were at my service and so to hesitate to ask regardless of what it may be. The whole team at the hotel were at my service around the clock. I stayed in the pool villa suite and had access to the Manor club which is a luxury hotel within a hotel you could say. My butler Kunal was their 24/7 to attend to any requests and I had access to to him via what’s app which just made everything so much easier. From requesting anything I desire all that was needed was a message and they attended to my requests promptly and with our delay. The dinners at the Manir were delicious and the ras malai desert all prepared by Joyiprakash their sous chef was mouth watering and his chefs working ***** side him always assured me that if I would like something make for me that was not in the menus they would be delighted to prepare for me. The breakfast lunch and dinners were always times which I enjoyed the most with their friendly warm welcome

Hi had a extraordinary experience.we were provided with a butler LIMIVI,she made sure that we are comfortable at every point.we were pampered to another level by so many gifts at all levels, personalised notes.the property has best kids area with unlimited kids activities, my daughter was completely engaged with canvas painting,diamond painting, mdf cut outs painting,pottery,bangle making and what not, property also provides unlimited food for kids up to 12 yrs, my daughter would go and order what she liked from menu anytime in a day.i was given two complimentary spa services, LIMIVI also helped us to celebrate our kids birthday in the best manner..with so many surprises, she was always there every where. The property has renovated rooms which have Lilly ponds at the window which looks beautiful, the beach is also the cleanliness beach.the staff in the whole property is very courteous.it was the best trip I had..thanks to whole team of hotel.

Namaste and heart full thanks to the entire team of St Regis, Goa for wonderful hospitality, Warm welcome by St Regis General Manager Mr. Satish Kumar and educational motivation by him. Hotel is gem in Goa with beautiful landscape, excellent architecture and wonderful staff. Also the F & B team was great by displaying their finest cuisines but not least food was excellent. Overall we all enjoyed the hotel hospitality. I would also like to thank our Clefs dor India team to arranging such a wonderful AGM in Goa. Thank you everyone.

We found one of the best resort in Goa is St. Regis. It is super specious, has lots of greenery and features beautifully designed golf and water bodies adjoining all the villas in the resort. The environment in the resort is so peaceful and stress-free. The horticulture team has done a superb job; all the trees and plants are well maintained, and the plantation has been done so intelligently that no bird droppings are found on any pathway in the resort. The chefs and staff in the hotel are so caring; they touched our hearts by providing such world-class service. The menu designed by the chefs is outstanding; we couldn't even imagine what they have accomplished. And yes, the beach is just within walking distance from the resort, safe to reach through the resort corridor without needing to exit the premises. It’s so clean, just like heaven. Heartfelt thanks for making our stay comfortable and memorable and for providing the best service in the world. Best of luck and lots of love to the entire hotel staff.

I was there for a official meeting on Frist week of this month it was awesome property and all staff was very helpful and understanding and also food was amazing. I have really enjoy full day all the arrangements was perfect on time I will definitely recommend my friends and family members to visit this awesome place .

Special thanks to the General Manager and his team for the splendid arrangement they did and the special gestures. It's a great property and managed very well. Hygienic too. Food was absolutely great. Looking forward to visit again soon!!
