The best hotel and Kuningan Area. A very reasonable price and amazing client service

Nice hotel with good facilities and convenient to acces places

Place was clean but definitely a bit dated. Furniture was old and toilet was clean but small and quite old.

Good place. The all staff are friendly. Points of interest: the roof top

(-) room is dark and windows facing walls of other building. So there's no sunlight during the day. Not recommended for long stay. Lighting in the room also very minimum with dark color furniture. (+) room is quite clean, location is strategic for places I wanted to visit. Easy check in and check out

We reached the hotel at 2pm and we were asked to wait at the lobby, they made us wait for more than 1 hour before they gave us our room. They did not offer us even water, we had to ask multiple times to get some water for us. There were some construction happening around the rooms they gave us, and it was dirty and noisy. The room shower was broken and did not look clean. Food was okaish. 

Definitelly coming back … center of jakarta, very accesible for transportation.

Room setup is excellent with the shelves, cupboards and table top

Service apartment style, friendly staff, but a bit old of room without Good maintenance. Found some ants on table. Good breakfast served
