"Location is perfect for who is going to catch flight. And overall service was great as they immediately responded when I arrived there and staff carried my baggage. Only at breakfast there was a rude staff , not with me but to one another person who took a wrong plate and the staff told him “don’t you have common sense??” He could politely told him that you took the wrong plate can you please change it. Overall service was great with me"

Beautiful hotel, a haven of peacefulness which was very enjoyable to retreat to after exploring the chaotic streets of Dhaka. All staff members were very polite and friendly, the room was comfortable and the breakfast buffet was excellent. The rooftop pool and bar are also great.

This hotel is quite good for Bangladesh standards. It has a rooftop pool and gym, and the breakfast is excellent. The facilities are a bit old, and the room was a little small.

It's a good hotel but they were making renovation during the day it was loud and gave me headache they give me another room but that didn't help. .i needed to do some work and calls it was impossible. But the staff and manager were very friendly . I suggest if you want not to disappoint your guests shut down the place for a couple of days and make the renovation 24/7 till it's finished .than you avoid angry guests who stay away next time. Because they pay top price for uncomfortable stay in pearl hotel .

I recently stayed at The Zabeer Dhaka and overall had a pleasant experience. The hotel is centrally located, making it very convenient for both business and leisure travelers. The staff were professional, courteous, and always ready to help with a smile. The room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with all the modern amenities you’d expect — including a comfortable bed, clean linens, and a reliable Wi-Fi connection. The bathroom was also well-maintained and stocked with essentials. One of the highlights was the breakfast buffet — it offered a good mix of local and continental options, and the food quality was above average. Room service was prompt, and the in-house restaurant served delicious meals. However, a few areas could be improved. The check-in process was a bit slower than expected, and the lobby sometimes felt understaffed during peak hours. A little more attention to detail in room facilities like at least a window for air circulation would elevate the overall experience. That said, The Zabeer Dhaka is a great option if you’re looking for comfort, convenience, and value in the heart of the city. I would consider staying here again.

This is not hotel and it's just a hostel for the Chinese travellers. It will not suit for any business travellers from other countries. This facility doesnt have toilets. There's only one toilet for 5 rooms. it's a shared toilet and it was shocking for the amount they charged. Even a kitchen has been converted in to a room. only advantage is that it's nearby to the airport. gates of this apartment will get closed by 10pm. lifts will be switched of by 10 pm. Rooms are in the 8th floor. Then imagine what happens if the lifts are switched off and especially you are carrying the heavy luggages. Moreover they dont have a card swiping machine and you need to make the payment through local currency. if you are budget traveller who dont need any amenities then you can go for it. Otherwise staying at this place will give you lots of frustrations. Actual rooms are completely different from the pictures shared on trip.com. Breakfast starts by 8 am and if you have to start early this place will not work again. Even towels are not provided. just a couple of hand towels were provided. I will not suggest this hotel for any business travellers or for families.

Cleaning was very polite. I asked for cleaning when I was in the room, but I responded very politely. I was supposed to get some rewards by booking from Trip.com, but they were not responded. Trip.com said that late check-out would be provided, but the front desk told me that it was only 30 minutes. However, on trip.com it was written that check-out until 16 o'clock can be done for free. This was a shame. By the way, there was no service such as welcome fruit and welcome drink. The location was good and the hotel itself was beautiful, so it was good, but it was a pity that the service was not well known.

The hotel's location is excellent, not too far from the airport (around 8 km), and easy to find. Check-in was fast, the room was clean, and breakfast was delicious with a good variety of dishes. The gym is large with many new machines and in excellent condition. The rooftop pool is clean and quite spacious. I recommend this hotel.

I stayed at this hotel during my trip to Dhaka. The biggest highlight is undoubtedly the rooftop pool and restaurant. At night, you get a panoramic view of the Dhaka cityscape, which was a wonderful refreshing experience during my stay. The room was [clean/spacious enough], and the Wi-Fi speed was stable and perfectly fine for business use. The staff were all very friendly, and I was particularly impressed by how they always met my requests with a smile. I would definitely consider staying here again if I ever come back to Dhaka.
