It was splendid. The receptionists are welcoming and understand English, was scared they won't understand. Their amenities are superb. Very clean, very posh. By the way, stay away from the minibar snacks, that's a deadly trap I fell for...lesson learnt. Thanks for the wonderful stay.

Beautiful hotel, a haven of peacefulness which was very enjoyable to retreat to after exploring the chaotic streets of Dhaka. All staff members were very polite and friendly, the room was comfortable and the breakfast buffet was excellent. The rooftop pool and bar are also great.

IIt was very good to stay at this hotel. It was comfortable, safe, and clean. However, there are two points I would like to mention: 1. The side water massage jets in the bathtub were very dirty. Whenever I turned them on, a lot of small black pieces of dust came out, even though I cleaned the tub several times. I hope this issue can be cleaned and checked soon. 2. Be careful about the large number of mosquitoes in the lobby during this season.

The hotel rooms and restaurant are very tidy, and all the waiters have a friendly attitude! The service level is very high, and the kind and friendly treatment of Mr. MD Shakli the waiter, left a deep impression on me👍 I will stay at this hotel again next time😊

Overall, I really liked everything. The hotel is clean and quite new. The breakfasts aren't very diverse but they are tasty. There's a dedicated floor for the fitness area and another for the spa, pool, and a very good sauna. The massage room wasn't working, which was a bit disappointing. The location is excellent, and the rooms have heating, though it was turned off at 10 AM on our check-out day.

The staff are courteous and helpful. The hotel is okay but bit old. It may benefit from refurbishment, especially the toilets and showers. The food has varieties in some extent but beef items which are inconvenient for me or many Hindu people, are too many.

Extremely disappointed with the airport transfer service—completely unacceptable for a hotel of this caliber. Despite prior arrangements, I was left stranded at the airport for 30 minutes, as the hotel’s representative was waiting at the international terminal, even though I arrived via domestic. There was zero coordination and no communication from their side. I expected better from a so-called 5-star hotel. To make matters worse, they charged USD 90 for a simple 20-minute ride—an outrageous fee for a service that wasn’t even properly executed. No apology, no accountability, just an overpriced mess. That said, the rooms and amenities are commendable—clean, comfortable, and up to luxury standards. But service like this seriously undercuts the overall experience. Westin Dhaka, you can and should do much better.

Unfortunately my room was very old and had an unpleasant smell (probably it used to be a smoking room). I didn’t like the poor conditions of my room. The hotel has got a very nice gym with sauna and a small pool. The gym is really convenient and well equipped. The restaurant is good enough and there is a nice coffee shop always open. The staff is very kind and professional.
