The room was spacious, and the overall facilities were quite good, including a gym and swimming pool. The breakfast was also reasonably plentiful. The service was very attentive, and the height was excellent, making for a very good experience.

Stayed 3 nights and it was a flawless experience from start to finish. Booking the airport transfer through the hotel was so easy, and the driver was waiting for us right after baggage claim — a perfect first impression. The entire team, from the front desk to the restaurant, is top-notch: attentive, helpful, and always smiling. Knowing we were in the secure embassy area let us relax completely. And with the enormous breakfast spread offering new discoveries every day, we were fueled and ready to explore. For a stress-free visit to Dhaka, this hotel has it all figured out.

Recently stayed at the Lakeshore heights hotel, very good experience! Staffs were really friendly, polite and welcoming. The hotel overall was super clean including the rooms. There were plenty of breakfast options and I really had a good time. Most definitely will visit and stay again!

Good location and 10 mins walk away from great eating places and some shopping. The room was large enough for two and the breakfast very decent and tasty. The gym could be better equipped tho, a lot of the machines were not functioning.

The bed was soft, the linens felt fresh, and the room had all the basic facilities I needed for a relaxed stay. I was especially happy with the quiet and peaceful environment, which made it easy to rest after a long day in the city. The housekeeping team did a great job keeping everything tidy and well-maintained throughout my stay. The food at Priyo Nibash was another highlight. Their restaurant served delicious dishes that tasted homely and fresh. Whether it was breakfast or dinner, the food was flavorful and well-prepared. I really appreciated the variety and the fast service, even during busy hours. Overall, the service at Priyo Nibash Hotel stood out the most. Every staff member—from reception to room service—was polite, attentive, and professional. They made sure guests were comfortable and satisfied at all times. If you’re looking for a clean, comfortable, and budget-friendly place to stay in Dhaka with great food and excellent service, Priyo Nibash Hotel is a wonderful choice. Staff is friendly, location is very good, clean and good rooms, good water-flow in showers, overall pleasant experience

I arrived in Dhaka late at night and stayed for one night. I had pre-booked a paid airport transfer, and they gave clear instructions on where the driver would be waiting, so meeting up was very smooth. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was a buffet with both Western and Bangladeshi options. Overall, it was a pleasant and comfortable stay.

An overall good hotel that needs some attention and renovation. Breakfast was great with lots of options, staff were always friendly and attentive, airport taxi is seriously overpriced at 20 USD (we didn’t take it), bed and bedding were very comfortable, the cord of the shower head was very short and the water pressure could be better, hallways were a little dirty, bar on the second floor smells like old cigarettes, rooftop was quite nice with a pool, doors and lighting felt a little old, too many light switches and it was always unclear which controls what light, deluxe king room felt smaller and the bed definitely wasn’t king size, room service was great with flexible and diligent service, complementary welcome drinks, fruits and two large bottles of water per day. Wouldn’t recommend getting beer at their restaurant as the menu prices (300 TK for a Hunter) are different from their actual prices (700 TK) and they’re not very honest about this gap.

Dear Trip.com Support, I would like to raise a formal complaint regarding my recent hotel stay booked through your platform. During breakfast at the hotel, I found an insect/ant in my food, which was extremely disturbing and unacceptable from a hygiene and food safety perspective. I immediately informed the hotel staff, and while they replaced the food, the incident completely ruined my dining experience and caused serious concern about the hotel’s cleanliness standards. I booked this stay expecting proper hygiene and quality service, but this experience was very disappointing and uncomfortable. I have attached/photo evidence of the issue. Considering the unpleasant experience and health concern caused, I request appropriate compensation or resolution from your side. Please investigate this matter and update me as soon as possible.
