Spa hotels in Shaoxing

The attention to detail at Temperature Spring Hotel is exceptional. I especially appreciated the large font on the toiletries in the shower room – a thoughtful touch for those with presbyopia. Thumbs up for that! The drying hooks next to the air conditioner and by the window in the room are very practical. The ice maker and drinking water dispenser on every floor are a very considerate convenience. The hygiene is excellent, and the service is warm and friendly. The room itself is spacious and offers a view of Mirror Lake, which makes for a pleasant stroll in the evening. Good value for money, highly recommended.

The room was decent, but the biggest issue was the toilet giving off a bad smell. I didn't bother reporting it to the front desk for reasons I'll explain below. There were two washing machines and two dryers; however, the dryers were quite weak and slow. Breakfast was excellent, though, with dishes like hairtail, drunken crab claws, and shrimp tempura. Now, for the downsides. The hotel shares its lobby with an esports hotel, which occupies the lower floors. The esports hotel's sign was even larger than the Mingting's, making me think I'd walked into the wrong place. The front desk attendant was wearing plain clothes, which confused me – is this even a legitimate hotel? I then realized the in-room phone was just for show; you had to call the front desk from an external line. That's why I didn't bother mentioning the toilet issue. It seems this hotel has a complete lack of management. I booked this place to see the cherry blossoms at Guazhu Lake East Bank Park, only to find out it's actually closer to Guazhu Lake West Bank Park. It was over two kilometers to walk, and I ended up needing a taxi to get there and back, making the location pointless. I definitely booked the wrong hotel.

The dedicated butler service is attentive yet discreet. They proactively coordinate your itinerary, respond promptly, and provide thoughtful touches like welcome fruits and turn-down service with bedtime snacks. The on-site shuttle bus is available on demand. The front desk staff kindly upgraded our room for free. The hotel boasts a wealth of amenities, including the iconic Cliff Cloud Ladder, which offers panoramic canyon views from the top, an outdoor pool, a spa, and an equestrian center. The overall service is understated and non-intrusive, seamlessly blending with the natural surroundings, making it perfect for unwinding and rejuvenation.

Everything was perfect. The staff were friendly and nice, and did everything necessary to make our stay as fuss free and comfortable as possible. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious with a good amount of variety. We loved the kids playground with the trampoline and slide and ball pool! Great place, and I’ll definitely come back here if in Shaoxing Keqiao. Thank you!

Nestled against a mountain, Shengzhou Hotel boasts expansive grounds. The business building is quite grand and impressive, with new facilities, spotlessly clean rooms, and excellent service! The outdoor parking lot has plenty of spaces, and there's also underground parking beneath Business Buildings 3 and 4 with direct access to the upper floors! It's also conveniently located near many restaurants, easily accessible on foot or by taxi! Overall, it's a great place!

The overall experience of the hotel is good, the facilities are relatively complete, and the service attitude of the service staff is very good S Suitable for business trips, business trips, and family travel. Although the hotel is a bit old, the internal maintenance is very good and the price is high.

The hotel is in a very good location with convenient transportation. The service staff is professional and very nice. Check-in was quick. The hotel breakfast was average, and the wonton was delicious. The disadvantages are as follows. The room was good overall, but some higher places were dusty. In addition, the air conditioner can only blow air and heat, not cool, and it was quite hot in the second half of the night.

The hotel environment is great, and the location is excellent and easy to find. Parking is convenient, and it's clean and tidy, plus they offer breakfast. The facilities are comprehensive, with a laundry room and a gym available. The staff provides excellent service.

This hotel boasts an excellent location, directly across from Intime Department Store, making it perfect for a stroll. The hotel environment is elegant, with a grand and stylish decor. The rooms are spotless, and it's a great place to relax, enjoy some tea, and take some beautiful photos. They offer complimentary breakfast in the room, and for dinner, there are multiple options: a Western buffet or a hot pot buffet, as well as large private rooms. We chose the Western cuisine, and the variety of dishes was impressive. The staff were also very friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. It's definitely a great choice for both leisure and business travel.

The room was clean and tidy, the pillows were soft, the cups were soft, the hot water was fast, the wireless network was fast, the traffic was convenient, the surrounding food was a lot, the hotel staff was very warm, they would say hello when they saw it, and they could solve problems in time, especially the store manager was very enthusiastic, helping with luggage, introducing check-in matters, It really makes people feel at home.
