Service: Incredibly thoughtful. Cici, as our butler, proactively added us on WeChat, and her service was impeccable throughout. You can just relax and enjoy your trip; any needs can be directly communicated to the butler. When cleaning the room, they even brought children's slippers and toothbrushes directly to us. Overall, it's especially suitable for children around ten years old coming for an 'educational trip.' After all, Baicaoyuan to Sanwei Study is something kids will learn about sooner or later, so staying at this hotel is perfect for reinforcing those memories."
