Staying at the Shaoxing Wenduyuan Hotel was an excellent overall experience and offered great value for money. The hotel service was exceptionally thoughtful and attentive, with staff who were kind and enthusiastic. Check-in was efficient, and any requests were promptly addressed. The warm touches in the details made us feel very comfortable. The dining options were a highlight. The breakfast offered a rich variety of fresh ingredients, and the flavors were light and palatable. There were also several choices of simple meals and snacks, all delicious, perfectly meeting our dining needs while traveling. The hotel's overall ambiance was elegant, with expansive views from the windows and pleasant surrounding scenery, creating a wonderfully relaxing atmosphere. Daily strolls and sightseeing were very enjoyable. However, there's some room for improvement in the room's interior configurations. Some facilities were a bit basic, and the soft furnishings, storage layout, and electrical appliance details could be optimized and refined. Overall, despite these minor room imperfections, this hotel stands out in terms of service, dining, and views. It's highly recommended, and with a few small improvements, the stay experience would be even better.

Choosing Anlan Xinchang for the Dragon Boat Festival, I got to relax amidst the misty mountain wilderness. For a domestic mountain retreat hotel, it's really quite good. Some minor imperfections weren't deal-breakers for me, as my main needs were all met. Our butler, Leo, was enthusiastic, attentive, and responsible, always communicating and providing a truly home-away-from-home service. He reminded us to climb the Cloud Ladder to see the sea of clouds. When we left, in addition to the hotel's souvenir, he specially prepared a large portion of pastries and fruits, as well as a goodie bag for the child. He was incredibly thoughtful from before our arrival until our departure! Huge thumbs up! The buggy was also available on call, even during the Dragon Boat Festival, and arrived very quickly. The room cleaning aunties were also warm and smiling. Despite the rain, they diligently changed linens and provided supplies, and every evening we received Madeleines and different drinks, like iced mung bean soup and iced black tea. Every staff member at the hotel was enthusiastic and attentive. The breakfast variety was sufficient for our family. I highly recommend the noodle bar's soup noodles; both the Zha Mian and handmade noodles were delicious. Most importantly, the natural scenery is truly spectacular. Whether it's the lush greenery or the streams and waterfalls of the Hanfei River, it's full of wild charm and a sense of seclusion. Anlan's location is excellent, right in the Nineteen Peaks scenic area. It was very convenient to spend time at the hotel daily and then drive out for excursions. Taking the kids on the mini-train and climbing the Cloud Ladder for panoramic views was a great experience. The Cloud Ladder even has air conditioning, which was very comfortable. The only regret was that our planned stream trekking on the last day was canceled due to heavy rain the night before making the water too turbulent for safety reasons, but we can always go back next time. The kids really enjoyed playing in the kids' club and the infinity pool. The only minor inconvenience with the infinity pool was having to go to the building upstairs to get towels. [The hotel's dinner was also delicious, with fresh and flavorful ingredients that showcased local specialties.

The hotel, a beautifully restored Ming and Qing Dynasty Huizhou-style complex, offers a tranquil and elegant atmosphere with picturesque views at every turn. The guest rooms have an antique charm, though the bedding is a bit firm and not very comfortable, and the shower in my room was broken. Service was quite average; despite having butler service, it wasn't very attentive. I had made a reservation for the restaurant in advance, only to be told upon arrival that there was no booking. However, the hotel's shuttle service is very convenient. The breakfast quality was excellent, but the food at the hotel's Shenlu Chinese restaurant was mediocre, with many dishes having a strong fishy taste. The hotel offers many activities, including guided tours of the ancient architecture, hiking trails, and intangible cultural heritage workshops. The travel photography service was excellent, producing great photos. The surrounding environment is lovely, but there are a lot of mosquitoes. Overall, I'd say it's a hotel with average value for money.

The hotel is very close to Guazhu Lake, just a few minutes' walk away. The receptionist, Yuan Kun, provided excellent service. The room was spacious and well-designed; it was very nice, and I'll definitely stay here again! [Thumbs up]

Nestled against a mountain, Shengzhou Hotel boasts expansive grounds. The business building is quite grand and impressive, with new facilities, spotlessly clean rooms, and excellent service! The outdoor parking lot has plenty of spaces, and there's also underground parking beneath Business Buildings 3 and 4 with direct access to the upper floors! It's also conveniently located near many restaurants, easily accessible on foot or by taxi! Overall, it's a great place!

The hotel is a little far from the downtown area, and it is not very convenient to take the bus at night. But there are many snack bars around during the day, which is still convenient. There are fewer shops at night because they close early. The hotel lobby is quite bright, and the service attitude is also good. The rose tea in the lobby is very good, and there are jelly snacks. You need a card to go upstairs, which is quite safe. The sound insulation effect is pretty good at night, as long as the sound next door is not too loud, you can't hear it. A piece of fruit is also given when you check in, and there is a small card at the door similar to a punch card. Overall, the price of this place is a little high, but the room is very spacious, and there are data cables, which are quite complete. The only drawback is that the TV cannot be projected, and it requires additional expenses.

The hair dryer in the hotel is a bit old, and the service is nothing to say. Star-rated hotels are just different. My husband insisted on bringing a cantaloupe when he was on a business trip. He forgot how to eat it. I asked the hotel front desk and immediately arranged for a waiter to come to the room to help us cut the fruit. Thank you both. The service staff (Shen Liying, Wang Junfen) are warm and thoughtful! 👍

The parking lot is large, and the courtyard environment is very nice; a stroll around the lake after dinner is quite pleasant. The front desk and room service are both good; the rooms are spacious and clean, and the red bean soup delivered to the room in the evening was delicious. The breakfast environment is nice, although the variety isn't extensive, but some of the items are quite unique and worth mentioning.

The hotel is in a bustling street, parking is convenient, transportation is convenient, the front desk staff is warmly received, and the service is very good. The room was clean and tidy, the facilities were complete, the disposable slippers, the toothbrush was very thick, and the air conditioning effect was very good. The breakfast buffet is hygienic, rich and delicious, the restaurant aunt is warmly received, and a wonderful stay.
